 + -1 moreTo say that Gary Szabo of Sentry Inspections is detailed is an understatement. He gave us a Home Inspection Report Notebook, which had a place in it for our keys, outlining which one worked where. There was a place that explained the hardware inside the house and whether it was out of date or not, and in the back of the notebook there was an all basic home systems outline that really gave us a heads up on the functions of our new home. We also had to have a radon inspection, which was a hundred dollars extra. We found out that we had extensive radon in the basement, so he referred us to a mediator. Lastly, he included a Mr. Fixit handbook at no charge.
Description of Work: Our future home was inspected because we were going to purchase it. They completely inspected the entire 2000 square foot property, taking around 3 hours in total to do so.
