Did not show up at the time they said they would (I've saved the recording), they denied that they would have called with a time other than 8:00AM to 5:00PM. When the technician arrived, said I was actually the last call of the day. A&E works as SEARS contract partner for repairs and neither one of them would except responsibility for the incorrect phone message.

It is still under warranty so that is fine. They were fine. I bought all my kitchen appliances from Sears and part of the warranty program is they come and check it all. The service was fine; that is why I went to Sears. The workers were good. They were very professional. Everything worked fine. They were there exactly when they said. I would tell a friend that I would use Sears because there are too many others out there that I would not touch. I had no problem with them at all. I would use them again in November.

Never showed up, no phone call to apologize, no phone call from sears the next day, emailed them, no response

Was very happy with the Sears repair people, they explained everything that they were doing and what they needed to order for the fridge. They set appointment to return when parts arrived to finish repairs. Communication was very impressive.

The technician was very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our satisfication. There was not cost, as the appliances were on maintenance/extended warrenty.

I scheduled an appointment for a dryer repair on 2/1/14 a week in advance. We got a call the day before saying the appointment had been confirmed. The visit was supposed to be between 8 and 12 that morning. I got a recorded message at 9:30 saying they were behind schedule, which didn't surprise me because the weather wasn't great. By 1:30, I decided to call them to see if they were still coming. I called the 800 number, but had no option to talk to a person, just options to reschedule or cancel the appointment. I got online and chatted with a customer service rep. who told me the appointment was confirmed and assigned to a service technician. I heard nothing more from them. They just never showed up. It would have been nice to get a call saying that they couldn't make it. I will be calling a different service company tomorrow.

I had a maintenance contract with them and I didn’t renew it because it is a little expensive. They are able to give me a small window when I wait for them to come to my home. They are always efficient. They clean up after themselves. They are friendly and they seem to be well trained. They are professional and I never had a problem and I’ve always been pleased with them. I would use them again in the future.

My washer and dryer are about 25 years old and still run beautifully. They were wonderful. They have kept the tractor going thought I have used it terribly; they have kept it going and have been very good about it too. The service men that come to work are excellent.

He did a good job. Identified the problem and got it taken care of.
