After the terrible windstorm on January 9th, I had quite a bit of my siding torn off of my home, exposing approximately 10 feet of the inner structure including the chimney venting. They worked me into their already busy schedule and sent a crew out to repair that large area of destruction as soon as the wind finally stopped.
