Absolutely thrilled with my epoxy flake floor! The transformation of my space is incredible. The epoxy provides durability and the flakes add a beautiful touch of texture and color. Absolutely fantastic. This was a major driveway repair. Not only did they do a great job, they came back quickly when a minor problem appeared a few months later and went over the top to fix it. Highly recommend.

The crew was prompt and did a great job sanding/refinishing the entire wood deck and railing. Unfortunately, the beautiful look didn't last very long, and it wasn't worth the premium we paid for the "Sealwize" treatment. I wouldn't do it again.

Sealwize of Colorado Springs did an exceptional job turning our patio into a work of art.
From our first meeting with Scott to discuss what our idea was to restore the patio to something we could be proud of, to the last day when Larry and Brice did the staining and sealing, the project was flawaless. These guys are pros, and I highly recommend them for any decorative concrete work.

Sealwize of Colorado Springs LLC came out a few years ago to redo our deck and just came out a few weeks ago to restore it, which was covered under our warranty. The product that was promised was not delivered. The workers do not do high-quality work. I would not use them in the future. The owner made every attempt to correct the situation. He did everything right, but his people kept screwing it up. He's making every effort to rectify the situation.

"Our workers did struggle on refreshing the color on this job, as the first time they used a color that did not match the original color we used several years ago, and the second time we redid it, at our cost, there was a white residue on the deck, which was likely from having too much moisture in the wood when the color was refreshed. However the third time (again at our cost) we were able to get it correct and [member name removed] was satisfied enough to have paid what she had originally agreed to pay. We have rectified these problems by taking color boards with us to all the jobs now in order to avoid this problem in the future."

We came in contact with Sealwize of Colorado Springs at a home show in early 2014 and were greatly impressed by the information that was imparted. After having had years of poor quality services for the upkeep of our decks, we were very interested in this new product and the guarantees. On 2/13/14 Kevin Brown came to our home, and we contracted with Sealwize to restore both decks--the larger one of which surrounds an above-ground vinyl swimming pool. The work was scheduled to begin in the spring. On 4/21/14 the first crew began the 3-day job of taking apart railings, sanding and washing all wood, and restoring the railings. We had initial concerns about preventing large quantities of sawdust from entering the swimming pool and insuring that the vinyl pool was not damaged. The crew took great care in alleviating our concerns by covering the swimming area with large tarps and by what must have been tedious work by hand. Not only were they punctual, diligent, and personable, but they also insured that our property was cleaned of sawdust and debris each night. When they completed their portion of the job, the decks looked as if they were in the midst of brand new construction. The second crew arrived timely on 4/25/14 to apply stain and the water repellent finish. They, too, were competent, diligent, and very pleasant and completed the job in one day. They re-installed the stair lighting perfectly and they--as well as the first crew--covered the swimming pool with the protective safety cover. When the job was near completion, it was a pleasure to meet the owner, Scott Moore, and receive additional information about concrete protection and beautification. The second crew likewise cleaned up their working areas.
It has been several years since we've had the pleasure of engaging competent service providers. This was a welcome and reassuring experience. We plan to contact Sealwize for concrete restoration and stamping in the future.
This Sunday and ensuing wet weather days will tell the tale about the lasting quality of the product; but we feel that because of the quality and the work by the crews, this company is characterized by conscientiousness and faith in its product.
It has been several years since we've had the pleasure of engaging competent service providers. This was a welcome and reassuring experience. We plan to contact Sealwize for concrete restoration and stamping in the future.

I watched them sand my deck and as they were half way done the sander pad started to fray. At this point they backtracked and began countersinking the screws. But they had sanded the finish off the screws and now all the screws and the wood with in an inch diameter are black in the area they had sanded first before countersinking. They came back and tried to redo it, but once they had polished the coating off the screws and the wood has turned black as a result, that black is always in there. They also, I believe, used improper tools or technique because about 20% of the screws are striped so I have empty holes where the screws were and water can get in.
As for the stain they put on my deck, within 6 weeks time the color faded 4-5 shades lighter. I also had to put felt on the bottom of the chair legs to prevent the stain rubbing and even with the felt on there you can see every move the chair makes against the surface. The owner told me they guarantee only the seal, not the way it looks and blames it on my screws and will not aknowledge that thay sanded before countersinking. The screws they did not sand first are fine...no black. It was a horrible mistake hiring them, I had a beautiful deck before they touched it and now I don't.

"[Member Name] actually failed to report that after she complained about the area around the screws turning black, that we completely re-sanded her deck again and restained it. She was still not satisfied, and took us to small claims court demanding a refund of the entire amount. In small claims court we both presented our side, and after hearing the case, testimonies and seeing before and after pictures, the judge ruled that Sealwize had done over and beyond what was expected and owed [Member Name] nothing. The before pictures showed that the black marks around the screw holes were there before Sealwize began the restoration process and after examining the deck, it became apparent that the deck builder had used indoor screws on it that oxidized with moisture, which is what caused the problem, not anything that Sealwize had done."
