Took a little time between getting parts, permit and inspection and final hook-up, but the final outcome was in very good shape.

He was very professional, courteous, and very fast.

They never called me back after several calls and voicemails that I've left.

Initially I contacted Greg because I had received estimates from other plumbing contractors that did not seem quite right, and were very far apart in price. I explained this to Greg over the phone and he agreed to come and give me an estimate. What we wanted to accomplish was not an easy task. We were looking to install a natural gas line in order to convert our electric oven and dryer to gas. And because we had received an initial estimate from another contractor at a very low price we had already ordered the new appliances. Knowing this Greg took the time to come to our house after business hours to give us an estimate and explain what the job would actually entail. Which the other contractor never did. One of the complications this job entailed was the location of our natural gas service, and the location of where the gas line would need to run in order to connect the appliances. What we did not know was that the other contractor had planned on running the gas line entirely on the outside of our house, which would not have been acceptable and would have been an unsightly way to achieve what we wanted. Greg took a lot of time figuring out how we could achieve our goal in the most efficient way and still come close to the low estimate we had received from the other contractor. He provided a very fair and reasonable estimate and even rearranged his schedule to accommodate our timetable based on when we were expecting the appliances to be delivered. He performed the work quickly and efficiently and the work was approved with no issues for the permits. He even came and helped us get the dryer hooked up to the gas line once it was delivered. I have nothing but praising things to say about his work, his prices, and his integrity!

He did a fine job and fixed the issue.

They were flexible with scheduling and arrived on time. The estimate given was reasonable and work was completed immediately.

Greg came by immediately and provided an estimate and then came back as promised and preformed the repair as quoted (both cost and amount of time to complete).

For the second time, no contact whatsoever from this "provider." I'll remember the next time not to be taken in by the Angie's

It was fine. They came in and did what they were supposed to do and they were quick about it and they did make a mess of anything so it was good.

Called him at 4:30pm and he responded within the hour to fix a leak I couldn't fix myself. Greg is very personable and professional. Will definitely call him again when the need arises

They were great! He unclogged some drains, inspected my water heater and made some recommendations. He was friendly and professional.

The service was good. He explained what he was doing, and he showed me the one part. He was a little hard to get hold of at first.

Greg was the first service person I've dealt with who took the time to explain the problem and recommend several steps to take care of it. He returned to provide the service for step one, completed the job quickly, and left me with a functioning sink and garbage disposal as well as the name of another service provider for the next step. It's great to know that I've finally found a plumber I can feel good about calling again!

Two hours of plumbing services purchased through Angie's list for $99.00. First appointment was cancelled due to emergency cold weather issues for plumber who needed to thaw frozen pipes for other customers. I waited and then needed to call him back to make another appointment happen. Needed a new stopper in the tub which was close to but a bit under $50.....he stated it was easier to round off the number and charged me $50 for the part. He fixed the level of hot water available in the 3 bathrooms.

The Rohl fixture had a lifetime parts guarantee so all I needed was someone to install the new valve. I called Greg Young at Schnibble and he was able to schedule an appointment right after the part arrived. Everything went well except the part had been upgraded to a better design and the diverter valve plunger length had decreased. Greg got on the phone with me to Rohl and had Rohl overnight an added part that would solve the problem. He managed to get the new diverter working with the shorter stem so we could still use the shower. The additional part arrived the next day; I called Greg and he came by within an hour after picking up his son at school. Father and son solved our problem within a half hour...how's that for service! Can't say enough about Greg and the work he did for us. By the way, if you have the opportunity to use Greg for any plumbing need, ask him where his company name, "Schnibble", came from...it's worth the cost of the plumbing repair!!

It took over two weeks to get him to the house (the Ad said two days). Angie's list did not respond to my requests for follow up or information regarding the purchase. Once to the house, he did a very good and professional job. If I could have had him respond in a timely manner he would receive all "A's".

He answered our call on the day we made it - one day before Christmas Eve. He had a full schedule, but came to do the job around 5:30 and worked until after 8:00 so that we would not be without hot water through Christmas. The basement was flooded, the staircase to it winding and narrow, the gravity fed heater in front of the water heater original to the house (1910) and an arm of it had to be removed and put back.... Through it all Greg was calm, kept his sense of humor and fixed us up. Talk about above and beyond! - he's the best!

I ordered the service on 10/11, and was prompted to indicate two dates for possible service. I did so, and expected to hear something. Hearing nothing at all, I called on 10/17 and left a message. I missed a return call later that evening. On 10/18, I called again, leaving a message again that included possible service times. I never received a return call after the 18th. Since then I have cleaned my own drain and do not need the service. I remain faithful to Angie's List and will continue to be your customer.

It went very well. Greg called and provided me with an estimate for the labor, told me I could go and purchase the toilets myself or he would do it for me. I opted for the latter. He explained every decision each step of the way and was in and out in a matter of a couple of hours. He did a great job.

Very well - Greg is very knowledgeable and offered informaion on several other plumbing issues. We will use Greg again. Most Recent: The job was great. Greg is the best. It's like having a friend who is also a great plumber. A wonderful guy who does perfect work.

Greg actually was very professional and went beyond the service call and showed us how to take care of the clogged sink and bathtub by ourselves. He was very helpful and right on time!

Greg is very prompt and professional and does a good job. He got rid of the pipes so we can do a kitchen remodel. I was surprised it could be done but he did it. I had another estimate for $300 but just asked Greg to come because he will be doing some work for us in the near future. I did not ask him for a bid because I wanted to use him. I was surprised to the tune of about $80. However, he did it quickly when I needed it done and did a good job. I will use him in the future.
