+ -1 moreMy husband found this company on another website, and put in a request. He was called back within minutes and Ronnie came out to give him a bid. The bid seemed reasonable, so we proceeded with the work. He was punctual, and started the work immediately. Rather than hardwire the heat element, as we'd requested, he recommended hiding the cord, then installing an outlet near the roof line where it wouldn't be noticed, using a special outdoor rated outlet, then running that outlet to a switch in the house. This way, if the element gave out, it would be easier to replace. That was a great solution, and one we had not thought of. He found the source of the intermittent issue with the entry way to be a loose wire, which he fixed quickly. He told my husband that the work went more quickly than he anticipated, and charged him less than the bid. We are very pleased with the work.
Description of Work: We had a bad prior installation of a heat coil for our roof edge, which had a power cord dangling near our front door. We wanted to have this hardwired, so it would not be unsightly. We also had a light fixture in the front entry on a three way switch which started working only intermittently, so we asked that this problem be addressed, as well.
