+ -1 moreThe house is a good value but the warranty service is almost non existent. It feels like they are just ignoring you until you forget about the problem or give up. Get everything in writing and I mean everything. They will short change you every chance they get.

Description of Work: We were interested a house built by Saint Aubyn. We requested some modifications and wanted see if they would be able to do it. Unfortunately no one got back to us. We really liked the house and the modifications would have made it perfect for us. Unfortunaetly, the agents were not professional enough to get back to us. We waited arround for some time, got tired and moved on.

+ -1 moreOverall they have tried to keep their cost down and they had homes that were already built. It lacks quality specifically on the cabinets and there has been other various problems as well. I have talked to neighbors so it is not just me. I have asked for help and they have not done anything. The problem is that hey have grown quickly and can't handle it. They are trying but not the way they should. I'm not saying the homes are bad by no means. Just lacks in follow through.
