From the beginning, we worked with warm, caring, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable staff. We began with one of their floorplans, then made some unique modifications to meet our desire in a new home. They didn't hesitate to make the adjustments and provide us with a home that exceeded our expectations within our budget. We can't say enough about this company!! It's an extremely high quality of service all around. We'd highly recommend them to anyone!

Description of Work: Saddletree, specifically Ed and another guy, wrote up a detailed estimate of what it would cost to rebuild our home, which we lost in a wildfire. They even went out in the cold weather, and walked our property to get the estimate correct. Because the estimate was so detailed, our insurance changed the initial settlement, and gave us a fabulous deal to replace our home. Ed's work enabled our 2nd adjuster to verify specific materials used in the building of the home and then give us a very fair settlement. We appreciate the whole team's approach to helping their community. We would have gladly had them build our new home, but we couldn't find a lot in our price range. Their homes are reasonably priced. Saddletree's homes are simply beautiful. Janet, their salesman in Cordera is simply the best!! Warm, friendly, not pushy-just show you the home and that did it for us. High quality appliances, great layouts, excellent materials and beautiful paint color choices. Basements are included in ranch plans. There's lots of joy, encouragement when you're around Saddletree staff.
