Ryan was absolutely awesome. My wife and I reached out to him when we thought we were about four months out from looking for a home. He educated us on the process and gathered information on our "dream home" and began sending us listings hoping to narrow down items we liked or didn't. We found the perfect home but had not began the process and figured we were unable to begin but his connections in the lending and other aspects of the process were able to get my wife and I approved for the first home we viewed which is the one we wanted. He was very responsive and prompt in returning emails or calls with all the questions we had, and believe me we had a plethora.
