Rustic worked with us to select and install the flooring in our new home. They helped us select the perfect colors and patterns. We ran into a few problems where the different flooring met in different rooms and they worked to help us make it perfect. Everything has held up very well. We had trouble with the carpets stretching in our previous home and it has been 2 years and it all looks great!

The service went well, and they were a very helpful and punctual service. They completed the job ahead of schedule and under budget.

I liked the quality of the tile and their selection was awesome. I actually had my cabinet guy come over and help a little because the service wasn't exceptional. I felt that she was in a hurry and didn't want to give me the time of day. It was maybe because it was a small project. The price was a little high. They didn't have it ready when they said they would. I would probably look elsewhere but if they had a product that I liked, I would use them again.

I visited the showroom at Coutura in Colorado Springs and chose a tile to order. They had the tile labeled incorrectly (didn't know it at the time) and my order was placed. I kept the sample with me. When the order was delivered it was the wrong tile. They proceeded to argue with me and tell me that sample wasn't from their store when it absolutely was. They argued that I ordered exactly what was written on the tile which was true. Unfortunately what they wrote on the tile was the wrong name. They finally conceded and I asked them to pick up the incorrect tile and order the new tile. They later called me back and said they weren't going to order me any new tile. When they came to retireve the wrong tile, they tried to take back all my tile (other than the tile I complained about) out of spite. Very unprofessional and an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Due to this, I will NOT shop Coutura for any other product just because of the way Rustic Floor Covering handled this. The whole design center and my visit there is a bad memory.

We've had some scheduling problems. Very professional, quality very good. Very responsive, good selection, salespeople very professional.
