RT Stucco

Be aware, Rodrigo from RT Stucco purchased materials from our construction supply house in Denver and then didn't pay his bill. If he buys products to do a project at your house and doesn't pay his bills, the supply house can file a lien on your property for nonpayment! You will then be responsible for paying the amount owed, which could be thousands of dollars, in order to have the lien removed.

They left all of the debris in my yard instead of cleaning up after themselves. Not only that, but once they were done prepping the project, they had to wait around for two hours for a ride. It's not like they ran out of daylight. The color wasn't what we wanted, and there are lots of cracks everywhere in the work. The cracks were visible before they added the colored layer, but I was assured the color would take care of it. They immediately showed right through. Even today, I can still find blobs of stucco and staples everywhere. This was a disaster of a job. I tell everyone to avoid them so they don't get ripped off like I did.

Bumpers were installed over the outdoor light openings. Also there was several hundred dollars of damages to the outdoor deck.

Just left the job and did not return calls.

RT Stucco did a great job!

We sent an email asking for an estimate and RT called and set appointment for the next day. He gave an estimate that met our expectations and we signed a contract. He had a crew over later that same day to start putting up the scaffolding and begin the work. The work was in three stages with a time lapse of a few days between steps two and three to allow the stucco to cure. The crews were polite and efficient. Another reviewer mentioned language difficulties. Some crew members were more English proficient than others, but all tried, and we had absolutely no difficulty understanding each other. The work done was excellent and completed in a very timely fashion. We would definately call them again and would recommend them to anyone. We get a lot of compliments on our house.

Call to schedule an estimate.. Gentleman's English was hard to understand.. Didn't sound too excited about doing repairs and then said he was and quot;outand quot; a month.

Everything was excellent. They were on time, responsible, and did good work. There was one little problem where they inadvertently spilled a little cement over the joint of a door. I called them about it and the next morning they came right out and fixed it.

The work itself was outstanding...and they work well with other contractors. If you don't mind the "maand ntilde;ana" attitude they have regarding showing up when their supposed to, keeping to their original estimate, etc., they are a good value; however, you better be very clear about how much you're willing to pay and not a penny more. Work that was supposed to be included in our original estimate, they are coming back now, weeks later, and saying we have to pay them more...extremely unprofessional.

He was a one man business who had extensive experience. Showed up on time, gave me a quick estimate, which was reasonable, and went to work to do the repair work immediately. He also repaired a few other areas that I had not noticed and that we had not negotiated, without increasing the cost. He did excellent work and explained what the results would look like, as the stucco dried. Highly recommend him.

23 Overall it went quite well. My wife had some modifications after the estimate was made. Pricing overall was fair, RT Stucco was not the lowest bidder and not the highest, however, they had the most professional proposal for the quoted price. The workmen were always courteous and knowledgeable in their specific trades. Work was performed on schedule and cleanup acceptable. As with all contractors every detail should be in writing and priced before work commences. RT Stucco was always very responsive to calls and requests.

They did quite good and gave me a very fair quote up front. They came in right on budget and on time. They were referred to me by a neighbor. They had the best price I found and were prompt in starting and finishing. They were punctual and I will use them again in the future.
