 + -1 moreRob is VERY meticulous!! After making sure the the floor was free of debris and staples he laid the cement board. After the cement board was secured to the floor he carefully laid out the tile to ensure accurate cuts. He showed up everyday on time and left about the same time every afternoon minus a few days where he asked if he could stay a little later. He cleaned up his mess before leaving. My only complaint is that he said the job would only take a week, but it ended taking almost two. Although it was an inconvenience, I would gladly sacrifice the extra time for his meticulous work. Even though the job took twice as long, he stuck to his original quote. We will use him again in the future when we tile our upstairs bathrooms.
Description of Work: Install wood looking porcelain tile throughout the whole downstairs (550 sq ft.) Price included labor only but the labor cost included tearing up and hauling away old carpet/linoleum, removing baseboard, removing under-flooring, removing baseboards, removing toilet and sink, installing durock, installing tile/grout, reinstalling baseboards and toilet.
