Furnace was unresponsive. Called after 9 PM on a Friday night to arrange a visit the next day. It was all set up when, about 10 minutes later AJ called back and said, "I didn't realize how cold it was going to be tonight. Why don't I come now instead?". Great! (The cost would be the same for either time). He cam promptly, diagnosed the problem and everything was fixed and running by 11 PM. Would definitely use them again.

Service for emergency was excellent. They only had a 1 day wait time. They were extremely professional. I am always very happy when I use them. Timely and performed above and beyond what they needed to do. They were very good at troubleshooting any issues that arose.

They worked fine. They had cheap A/Cs. They were fast.

I left a message asking Les to call me back and he returned the phone call outside of his normal business hours. He was able to get me scheduled within two business days. The appointment was at 8:30 and he arrived about 8:40. The work was completed within the time-frame and for the price originally promised. The only 'turn off' for me was the receipt. He uses generic receipts, and hand prints his company name and address on the top. It would be more professional to have some printed and include his license number as part of the information. I had to do a 'double take' when he gave it to me because I expected more from such a highly regarded company. I recommend this company and would hire them again.

I originally asked for an estimate a year ago. A year later we decided to have aor installed. I contacted them an they rue figured the estimate over email. We se up a date quickly and easily. Two guys arrived the morning of the job. They were courteous and polite. They spoke to me about every aspect of the job. By the middle of the day there were about ten different guys working. Each new arrival introduced himself and let me know what the would be doing. They worked all day and continued to work until about 8:00 at night as to finish the job in one day instead of the two days they had originally scheduled with me. They had to install a new thermostat as my old one was not working and did not charge me for it. Overall, a great experience.

Overall, it was a good repair. It took two visits for them to determine the best repair to make.

The project involved running electrical to operate the new central air conditioning unit, installing coils in our furnace, relocating our humidifier, providing the new AC unit, installing it, charging the system, testing the system, and clean up. The total cost was $2,900. Rogers sent two employees out to do the installation and two electricians out to do the electrical work. Their staff worked hard and completed the installation in one day. They were professional, courteous, and did quality work. We are very glad that they chose Rogers for this project and we would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others. Our new AC unit is working great!

Excellent work--professional workers. We were surprised by the low price, but went with it anyway. Since it's summer, we don't know yet if the furnace is going to work well or not. But the folks at Rogers were very good to work with, so I'm sure it will be fine.

I used to do heating and air conditioning for a living, so I was very particular in choosing a company to install my a/c . I got about 10 to 12 estimates, because I was looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and honest service provider. I chose Rogers and I am glad I did. The installers were prompt, courteous, and respectful of my property (just had new carpeting installed, so they removed their shoes every time they came inside and put drop cloths down everywhere that they were working). They cleaned up after themselves every night. They worked from the time they got here until the time that they left with one short lunch period daily. I had an entire a/c system installed in my house, which included electric run, duct work run, vents cut into my ceilings, air handler installed in the attic, and an outside unit with copper run within 3 days. The installers took pride in their work and used quality materials. This is a hard-working family run operation, and I highly recommend them. You rarely see this type of work ethic and craftsmanship these days.

We are renting out this unit and needed to be able to trust someone from a distance. Our landlord handled scheduling with the tenant, but the contractor was prompt in giving us an estimate and call, flexibile with scheduling, and provided detailed estimate. Everyone is happy. No problems encountered at all. We will move back into this unit in July and won't get to use the benefits of our new heater until September most likely. But hopefully, all will continue to go well.

It is a family-owned business. They showed up on time and did what they said they would do. They were real friendly and personable. They had a decent and fair price and did good quality work. The staff’s professionalism, effectiveness of doing things, efficiency and ability to perform were good. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were quick. They did a great job.

Rogers was one of five contractors called to submit bids to replace our old furnace. They were the lowest priced and the only one who could install the next day. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Area was left clean. Installers were polite and professional. I will have them perform annual checkup and maintenance.

We were having our roof replaced during the week of 10/24/2010. We noticed that the furnace flue needed to be replaced, and asked the roofer about it. They indicated a heating contractor needed to replace the vent cap, and that it would be best if it was done at the same time they were installing the roof, only two days away. I called Rogers because they are who we usually use for our furnace cleaning and inspections. Even with short notice, Les Rogers said he could do the job, and clean and inspect the furnace on that day. Replacement of the vent cap required Les to get on the roof and remove the cap. He then had to go find a new vent cap. When he returned, he not only replaced the cap, he had purchased spray paint to match the flue and cap to the new roof tiles. Les did an outstanding job. We will continue to use Rogers Heating and Cooling for all our HVAC and plumbing needs. We whole heartedly recommend Rogers Heating and Cooling.

Les Rogers, the owner, actually did the estimate. He out bid several other companies by atleast 1/2 their price. The work was completed within a 1/2 a day and completely passed all inspections. I highly recommend this company because of their professionalism, great work, and excellent prices.
