I had a wonderful experience with RMRC. I had a gazebo with a tin roof which was hail damaged and was leaking. Jo, the company owner, came over to inspect the damage a provide an estimate. He also looked at the roof on the house and discovered additional hail damage, however it wasn't enough for the adjuster but he did suggest I contact the builder because the shingle surface materials was eroding and collecting at the gutter drain points. The damage claim was rejected by the insurance Co but Jo collected all the information required for follow up with the builder and shingle manufacturer. After the adjuster left, Jo measured the gazebo, contacted his crew and work began the same day. The job only took two days to accomplish and Jo made sure he Quality Controlled the work site both days. We a truly proud of our new gazebo roof and have RMRC to thank for the professional and timely job performance. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The owner had everything under control, and quickly set up service for an excellent price. The service was provided very quickly, and the site was cleaned up the next day. I would definitely hire them again.

As a first time homeowner, I was pretty distressed at the damage hail had done to my home within the first year! I was overwhelmed at the prospect of trying to figure out how I was going to get the repairs done, in addition to having to deal with my insurance company. Though impressed with the selection of roofs I had to choose from, I was still at a loss as to how to jump through all the insurance hoops. Joe was very helpful, and even came back to help when the insurance company did their own inspection. Once my insurance company gave me the all clear, Joe's team started work quickly. They were efficient and courteous, and it was obvious they did not skimp on quality. I now have a beautiful new roof, new finish on my deck and porch, and I now pay LESS for homeowner's insurance than before the hail damage! I could not recommend Joe enough, and will definitely use him again should the need arise.
