 + -1 moreI made an appointment with Joseph for a Friday, who arrived on time, talked through some options and took measurements. He said he wanted his designer to look at the property the following Tuesday before he created the design plans. He explained what was included in the deal and said that he would call to confirm after talking with the designer. Tuesday came and went with no word from Joseph. When the 2 week mark approached from our initial consultation, I received an email from Joseph stating that he hoped to have the plans by Friday as his designer had been swamped and couldn't get to our plans earlier. The following Monday we still had no plans and Tuesday we received an email stating that the designer had suddenly left the company to take a position with another and that he hoped to have the plans to us by either Thanksgiving or Christmas! I informed Joseph that this was unacceptable and that I wanted a refund. Joseph stated that he would try to get the designer to complete the plan by the following week. I gave Joseph until 24 October to get us plans or give us a refund (the initial consultation was on 26 September). This was the last time I heard from Joseph. On 25 October I sent an email demanding the refund. I received a response supposedly from Stephen Strecker, who listed his position as Director of Operations in his signature block but said he owns Rocky Mountain Landscaping. He stated that and quot;design pack you brought from Angie's list was a scam on our end as far money goes so we have not received any money from them,and quot; that the designer no longer works for the company and cannot do the design, and that he would send me a refund check when I provided him an address. The address was provided 10 days ago and there has still been no refund!
Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal - $49 for a landscaping consultation and design. The amount would then be applied toward any work if a contract were signed.

Description of Work: Somebody came out to look at the area of my request and told me their designer would be in touch and would get me the design. So now their designer has left the company and gone elsewhere. As of now, I have nothing from them.

Description of Work: Seasonal start-up of sprinkler system, replaced and repaired broken valve, spent many hours tracking buried power line. Installed my new sprinkler control panel. Applied fertalizer.
