This company was excellent in planning and very careful and thorough on installation. I am pleased with the TRANE product and have no complaints. Jason and the crew were excellent and thorough. I think this is a family operation. I did feel that there was poor communication within the company, and they did not write down contact information. This was annoying, but did not cause any difficulty. It is probably that I am to much "old school" Calvin. Monument.

Super install

I actually decided to replace my aging furnace and upgrade my electrical service along with the installation of the new AC. The crew from Rocky Mountain Climate and Falcon Electrical Services was great. Jerry and Bob were very knowledgeable, easy to understand, and made great recommendations based on my needs. The installation of both the electrical panel upgrade and the HVAC system went smoothly and very professionally. I am very pleased with the quality of their service and their professionalism.

Central A/C installed in my rental house last summer. I purchased an extended warranty and a service package. I have been extremely happy with the entire process of purchasing and now maintaining my A/C unit from Rocky Mountain Climate. Obtaining a quote, scheduling installation, installation, government inspections, and now maintenance of the system. I would recommend them and I will contour to go to them for all my HVAC needs.

The technicians arrived on time, surveyed the situation, then went right to work. They removed old AC, all the lines, and the coil in the furnace and installed all new equipment. They cleaned up pretty good but I found a few screws and other metal pieces that could have injured my dog had I not seen them. Other than that, everything was great.

They are very professional and they get the job done.

The project encountered unexpected complications but they never faltered -- worked right through the problems and delivered a great job.

Jason took the time to answer all my questions and go over the options available. Initially they weren't the lowest bid but wasn't far off. When I told him that he matched the lowest bid. The install was was preformed on time and the workers where professional.

This company was VERY easy to work with, and very accomadating. I live in a different town from where the work was performed and the company was very good about coordinating, making multiple visits, and doing some extra leg work to work with the HOA. I would hire them again.

Hired them to install a whole-home humidifier before winter hits. Also had them run an additional HVAC line into my garage so I can use my garage gym year round. Both jobs were done quickly, efficiently and great quality. Had the team of Kevin and Kevin and they were both considerate gentlemen. Small detail but huge to me, they put their shoe covers on every time they came into the house. The only reason I didn't rate the value higher was because I went with a better, more expensive humidifier so it wouldn't strain to raise the humidity in the house.

They doubled my furnace output and did a fantastic job. They were able to get my house totally cold on even the hotest day. Super people and they kept to the agreed price without going over. Even the inspectors that came were impressed with their work! Took them less than a day and left no mess behind. It was well worth the price!

Rocky Mountain was greatand they had the units installed in one day .I really liksed that. it was their electrician we had issues with. Had to call in Gringo Daves to fix a problem(150.00)their electrician wanrted 1500.00 to fix.

Service tech Kevin was very professional and fixed my problem. Labor costs charged by company are a bit excessive. I was charged $89 for service visit, $100 more to pick up parts, then $120 in labor to install a valve that took a matter of minutes to thread onto my gas line. Cost aside, company was great and as noted, they solved my problem.

Kind of expensive but when you are freezing it's worth it.

Great prompt service, I called at 0800 and had a technician at my house by 0900. Very friendly professional installers. Work was completed within 7 hours I had a new furnace installed, running and everything cleaned up. Hopefully the furnace is as great as the service.

Great customer service all around!They came out twice.First to give an estimate,2nd time ,just to answer questions I had.Very knowledgeable and personable.Highly recommend them!
