These guys were amazing! Super friendly and very personable. They knew what they were doing and they did a great job! They also made sure to explain everything to me and showed me different areas that were issues before and after they fixed them. Jeff quoted a reasonable price and followed up with a couple of schedule options, and generously volunteered to reschedule if it was too cold outside the day of the appointment. Jeff and Anthony were very prompt for the appointment and friendly. They left a few areas of small wood shavings and debris in the basement on the washer and dryer and work bench from when they worked on a couple of basement ducts but no major mess. During the service they gave a quick overview of the process and answered all questions asked during the cleaning, seemed to be efficiently working, and finished a little early. They explained that they use a safe disinfectant. Excellent follow-up work warranty saying they would come back if any ducts were missed.

The service Rocky Mountain Duct Cleaning provided was phenomenal. Jeff was very responsive to emails and confirmed the appointment a couple days in advance. He was very punctual and explained to me how he would clean and santize my ducts. He was very efficient and had my townhome done in about 90 minutes. The price he charged matched what I was quoted, and was lower than other quotes I had received. All that combined with a generous work warranty means I will use Rocky Mountain Duct Cleaning in the future.

Jeff was amazing in accommodating our needs. He came on a Sunday morning!! Say what?! I'm a RN working in a very busy Cardiology clinic at the local hospital and a 5 day workweek plus on-call makes it so hard to find time. He was on time, great job, and the air quality was so much better. My allergies improved immediately. We have a large dog, so I'll be scheduling air duct cleanings once a year now. Thank you Jeff!
