Went well. It was a complicated job with both replacement of a new ac and furnace. Robbins did well to coordinate all the people which involved bringing in a contractor electrician. They also presented me with all the options. The job was completed within a day.

Supposed to get three inspections , only got two. Asked for third receipt, they sent me a blank form twice. I keep good records, and I know they did not complete the third visit. New home. Furnace went out on our coldest day for this year. I do not recommend!

Went very well. They found a blocked drain and were able to fix the problem. Also, they spoke with me several times before the repair trying to help.

install went smoothly, and was completed in one day. The electrician didn't do what I wanted, but they are contracted out by Robbins.

A couple of hours after furnace was cleaned noticed a noise coming from the furnace. Called the office and it took 2 days for the tech to call back and he left a message to call the office. Called office and was told they would contact tech and have him call me. Called the office again 2 days later because of no call from the tech and the noise coming from the furnace is 24/7. Didn't know if the furnace was safe to use. After 1 week of no help from Robbins paid another company to check the furnace to make sure it was safe to use.

Brandon did a wonderful job and identified a leak which could have been very dangerous. I am very thankful for the time he took in explaining everything to me. I would definitely go with Robbins Heat & AC again in the future.

Prompt, knowledgeable. They were my "second opinion"; the first company I called wanted to sell me a whole new boiler for $7000 so I called Robbins from Angie's List. Robbins fixed my radiant heat problem without having to buy a new boiler; they are now my first choice for heating problems.

Robbins was not the lowest bid but we felt the quote they provided was a great value based on reviews of the units they recommended. After installation we are convinced we made the right choice. The indoor/basement and outdoor units were installed in a timely fashion and the system's functionality was explained to us. The Trane units they installed are running efficiently, quietly, and trouble-free.

Dan arrived ontime, and tested to flame sensor to see if it was getting enough signal. Turned out the furnace was not installed properly 6 years earlier. The furnace was not grounded, except to the gas pipe. Building inspectors didn't find the problem either. Dan took the box apart, and extended the ground that had been snipped off an the junction box. Grounded the furnace, and cleaned the unit. He also found another ungrounded wire in the blower box in the bottom part of the furnace. It required a new fuse on the circuit board. I prepaid for a cleaning in one year. Otherwise the cleaning would have been only $84 with the coupon from Angie's list.

VERY WELL SO MY FURNACE IS RUNNING SMOOTHLY.

They were professional, responded quickly, and performed quality work. They obtained permits and inspections for the work performed. We obtained three bids for the project and they were in the middle. We have now used them at three different houses and have always received professional and high quality work from them.

Purchased a deal through Angie's List and the company called me the same day to schedule service. Technician showed up on time, was courteous and friendly, and got the job done. He was excellent at explaining what he did prior to leaving. I will definitely be using this company again for my future Heating/AC needs.

Frank was punctual, courteous, and professional. It turned out that there were candy wrappers that had been stuffed in the return, and then sucked into the fan motor. (could have been there from workers building the home, but also could have been the doing of our granddaughter and friends who had a party in our home while we were out of town...teenagers!) This obviously was not a big job, but we were so impressed with Frank's demeanor and the time he gave to answer any questions we had about our system that we will definitely call Robbins Heating and Air Conditioning for any future needs.

I purchased a Big Deal for $89 in addition I was charged $472. I was under the impression that the deal covered the service call, the turn up and cleaning. The service it's self went well its just the charge that I am not happy with and find myself somewhat confusion on the additional charge.

Excellent service as always! We have been using Robbins' for years now for regular furnace and a/c maintenance, and before that, for installation of the units. They are professional, clean, honest, and we highly recommend them.

We use Robbins for all of our real property. I used them in 1994 to install a furnace w/air conditioning. They service our rental properties furnaces as well as our own every year. So I didn't hesitate to use them in 2013 for our new furnace. We received credit for the one they replaced, as well as a couple of other rebate credits. I have referred them to others who needed furnace service, and they came right away, as the have a policy to respond immediately if a customer has no heat. All of the service techs have been knowledgeable, and professional throughout the years, and have been polite and courteous. I would highly recommend the company to anyone who needs this service.
