Absolute worse company to use and WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Had my car tinted through dealership contract and wanted to go darker and Andy said he could layer tint to make it dark and his techs did it and they trapped lint in between the tint and said they would fix and kept my car for 3 days and only tried to fix 2 windows with the same issues, when I questioned him about it he said "we don't warranty layered tint." This was the job he said they could do and won't fix it or make it right. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I would pay out of pocket and will now have to because of their incompetence. They can't even get the clear puddle guards over the side mirrors right. I will say Chris was kind and empathetic but this company is not a company I would ever recommend and THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK...stay away...

Good. Small nic on very edge of driver door window but did not notify them about it. Waiting for air bubbles to dissipate and then will determine whether or not to mention the small nic. Very professional and a quick job. Down side is they tell you 3 days of no window use but when you pick it up it says 3-5 days. I waited the full 5 days which made my new car undriveable as I have to have fresh air.

Work was performed by appointment and was done on time. There is some haze in the passenger side window and after driving away I noticed there is a nick out of the tint on the driver's door window. I have not contacted RMWT about these issues; just busy with life. I will update if my review after doing so.

My experience could not have been better. The staff were professional, responsive and courteous, all work was performed to the highest quality standards, in a timely manner and at a competitive price. I would recommend RM WindowTint without reservation.

After purchase, we delivered our new vehicle to R M Window Tint, Colorado Springs. We purchased window tint and a clear bra to protect the front end of the vehicle from rock chips. The clear bra started to peel on the edges so we brought the vehicle back so the clear bra could be repaired or replaced. During the repair, a R M employee attempted to remove a section of the clear bra and removed some paint underneath the clear bra. After we obtained estimates for repair and then repaired the vehicle out of our pocket, we returned to R M Window Tint to receive services in exchange for compensation since "accidents" do happen. By then R M window tint conjured up every excuse to avoid liability...even claiming our vehicle was in a previous car accident, blaming inferior auto paint and finally blamed faulty 3M product. We contacted 3M with the facts and a 3M representative instructed R M Window Tint to honor 3M's warranty and submit a claim. To date, R M Window Tint refuses to accept 3M's warranty credit and refused repair costs or exchange for services. They avoid any attempts to rectify the situation or accept any responsibility. An employee stated, and I quote ; "They don't need our business since they work with several car dealerships in Colorado." For us, it's the principal of the matter and they are not a business that honors their word or handshake. Clearly, they lack integrity, sincerity and moral business practices. Ann McIntosh wrote a response to our review on Google. She is basically calling an ex- customer a Liar on a public forum when we called them out on their Business practices. Imagine how they treat their customers at the shop when no one is around? We appreciates Ann's Support to lending credibility on our negative reviews of R M Window Tint.

RM Windowtint did a great job. All windows look great, no blemishes, no problems. Very satisfied and very pleased. Would recommend this place to anyone. Alan and staff were very professional.

When I got my Cadillac I asked the dealer what company they recommended to get my windows tinted and they referred me to RM. Stopped by and they scheduled me an appointment for the next day. Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up that afternoon. Looks great; very happy with their work!

A++++++ These guys are real pros - knowledgeable and responsive at a good price. If you go there, ask for Casey. She's smart and professional, and provided very helpful advice. I never felt like she was trying to just sell me something. On the contrary, she told me what I needed and didn't need to pinpoint my exact requirements. And I couldn't be happier with the results, accomplished all in one day with minimal disruption. I've used other companies for these services. None are as good as R M Window Tint!

The window tint was done very well. No problems of any kind. The clear bra had some marks that could not be worked out so I had to return the car so the clear bra could be removed and a new one applied. The second bra turned out much, better but still has some small, slight imperfections. Not bad enough to require it be removed.
