The installer was very helpful in providing recommendations on the type of antenna to install and where to install it. He was prompt in showing up for the initial scoping visit. He was slower to schedule the final installation. The product works well and it meets our needs. We would have overspent without his recommendation. He even went as far as to help set up and sync the television and antenna and to explain other television capabilities. He left mess of unsightly wiring hanging on the side of my house when he installed the antenna, and he it took a month for him to respond to the call back to remedy the mess. The quality, price and initial installation was an 'A' and I would recommend his services. I would suggest that the homeowner is present at installation to ensure quality and follow through.

This was a very good experience. He was very nice and figured out quickly which cable went to each room. Now I'm able to watch TV via a digital antenna. I took the old dish off and connected a Direct DB2 Multi Directional HDTV Antenna. Now I get all local and network channels free to any room in the house. He did it fast and was only going to charge me $20.00 but I gave him more what I thought his help was worth. Great guy!

It was hard to find him--he's the only person I found that installs over-the-air antennas in Colorado Springs. There are others, but they will only install equipment they sell you. Dave and I agreed on the appointment for an estimate, and he was available to do the install the next day. My only knock was I had to call and find out if he was on the way to do the install. Seemed he almost forgot, but got to our house quickly. A couple of hours later, we had over-the-air local channels in HD with a crisp, clear signal. Dave ran out of daylight but will return to remove the DirecTV/Dish antennas that are left over from the previous homeowners.
