+ -1 moreI was impressed with Chris P and his delineating the source of the problem. He didn't provide an estimate on 10 pages with lots of padded, unneeded costs, as did another company. He was willing to do the work, which yet another company was not (tied up with work from the Black Forest fire). There was a month's delay, due to weather. But when he said he'd be there to start, he was, and the work was completed within the approximate time he said it would be. It was somewhat tricky, including a railing that spanned the back side of the 5 units. Another company had planned to charge for removal and storage fees when all that was needed was for the railing to be set on the deck surface and secured during the work. Straightforward, business-like, professional, and delivered what they said would be done.
Description of Work: Repaired stucco damage at the outer edge of the 2nd floor decks of behind 5 (side by side) business units. Damage was due to heavy signs having been installed incorrectly into an area not meant for that amount of weight.

+ 5 moreThey are locally owned. I believe Chris can lay tile and the flooring. He was reasonable. He does really good work and he has a good crew. He works his back if he can and still does a good job. I would suggest him to friends. If I want some regardless of a big job or a small job, he can do it. He can do it regardless of the size. I have had good luck with him.
Description of Work: I used the services of Repairs Etc. They helped to rebuild the bathroom and kitchen. They have also done painting and drywall. The gutters were off a little bit and they fixed those. They have done pretty much everything for 11 rental houses.

+ 3 moreThe work went very well. We already have plans to hire them again this year for other projects. The craftsmen were courteous, polite, prompt, professional, friendly, and solicitous of our opinions & thoughts. They kept to their schedule and cleaned up after themselves. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them.
Description of Work: The wall between the bedroom and kitchen knocked out to extend the size of the kitchen. The ceiling in the kitchen raised to the height of the bedroom ceiling. The bedroom door closed off, one of the doorways into the kitchen closed off and and another entry put in. Canned lighting was put in the ceiling. Kitchen wiring brought up to code and moved. The wood flooring from the bedroom taken up and a tile floor laid using tile we had already purchased. Walls and ceiling were textured and made ready for us to paint. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors brought up to code. The electrical was handled by a different company though the work was included in the estimate.
