Eric and Michele at Reliant Electric were all-stars! Eric ran into a bit of a problem when drilling for my electrical line and did minor damage to the inside of my house's wall and carpet. After I've worked with many contractors in the past I expected a whoops and an apology. What I didn't expect was for him and Michele to go so far out of their way to make it right! We had two very gifted tradesmen come out and work their craft to a point that you can't even point to where it happened. And I'm a perfectionist to a fault. The inspector that closed out the permit had also made special mention of the stellar quality of Eric's work. I am very satisfied with their company and will definitely give them a call when I need more work done.

Great service from the initial contact through home visit. Very nice on phone and great home visit to figure out why certain circuits were being blown. Provided several options without pressure. Running the new line cost $325. Total cost including replacing a bad switch and all the troubleshooting resulted in total cost of $460.

They were responsive and answered any questions I had throughout the process. They finished the job on time and on budget. Left the wall cut outs to make the job easier on the drywall contractor to repair any holes made to run wires. All the work was permitted and passed building inspection on the first time. No surprises.

Eric was early both times, did a great job, and cleaned up after himself very well (blown insulation makes a big mess). He was also very patient with all my new homeowner questions. Michele in the office was great via email and phone, and handled all my questions quickly and courteously. They were right on for budgeting. Great service all around.

From the first time I called Michelle to schedule a quote to Eric coming out to do the quote they both were so nice and professional. Pricing was great and Eric walked me through every step and nothing changed from the original quote. When the job was finished I was so happy with the quality of work that I would recommend them to anybody.

Great. Eric arrived on time for the estimate. He looked at the job, explained the options and code issues. He gave me quotes for the work. The quote was lower than I expected. He did the work 4 days later. It passed inspection with no issues. He is the first electrician I will call for any future work.

Eric was professional, on time, courteous, and thorough. He explained in detail some of the issues we were seeing and looked at a couple of switches that had been wired improperly without my even asking. We are already getting an estimate for another issue and will absolutely call Reliant Electric for all of our future electrical needs.

The electrician was on time. He had all the materials needed for the job. He explained what needed to be done to add the additional light fixture to the existing 3-way light switch, he then inspected the older recessed lights and pointed out areas that needed to be brought up to code. He completed the job quickly and then did an outstanding job cleaning up afterwards. He even had his own shop vac that he used to vacuum the floor areas. He did a great job at a fair price and I will hire him again in the future.

Electrician was very knowledgable and helpful in making decisions. Very reasonable priced for the amount of work that gets done and the professionalism in which it is accomplished. I have have already recommended this company to friends and I will absolutely continue to use this company. The cost listed below is for 2 days worth of work. We had other electricians before and it was significantly more expensive, less knowledge and less was accomplished.

Ryan called first to let me know he was going to be EARLY on the second visit to our house. He was very courteous and personable - a very nice man. He did the job quickly and cleaned up after himself. We love our new hall light - I can finally see into the linen closet without a flashlight!! P.S. We had a previous quote just for the hall light ... another company wanted to charge us over $500.

I have used them in the past for a new sub-panel and conduit for my home office and I have been very pleased with the quality of their work. I like dealing with the owner of the company directly.
