Rampart Roofing is who I contacted for some hail damage.? Really, my only complaint is it's been like a year and I'm still waiting on getting everything fixed.? At the same time, I've been pretty patient because there's like ten thousand houses in town that all got the same damage from the hail, so it's been pretty tough finding people that can do the work.? We still haven't got the siding done.? Other than that the last thing that was finished was the windows and that was a couple of weeks ago.? It wasn't actually Rampart that did the windows; it was another company that they subbed.? Rampart did my roof.? That took about a couple of days.?They were professional.

I interviewed several other roofing companies, but Rampart Roofing was the only one to really sit down and explain the whole process all the way through, from start to finish and how they work with the insurance company. They were on time, did an amazing job on the house. The next day someone from the company came out to take a look and to see if i needed anything else. He walked around the property making sure it was all cleaned up and of course it was. I would highly recommend Rampart Roofing..

They did excellent work. We had a windstorm, it was 100-mile an hour winds and people lost their roofs and ours just stayed on just fine. They did excellent job on it. The quality of the work stood out.

Everything went well. We ended up having one skylight come off a few months later, due to high winds. They replaced, it at no cost to us the next day, because it was under warranty. They cleaned up around our house well after replacing the roof.

Rampart came on the day they said and finished it up very quickly and looks great. The came back the next day to make sure everything was cleaned up and I am very happy with them. This is my 3rd roof replacement in 10 years. I finally found a roofing company I can actually recommend.

Excellent work! From the first call to the office to the very last shingle installed everyone I came into contact with at Rampart Roofing acted in the most professional manner and went beyond the call to make sure the job was done right the first time. I have recommended Rampart Roofing to many of my neighbors and they too have been more than overjoyed with the work done.

Don't deal with this guy if you want or expect to obtain a simple quote. Matt, the company owner, was late and wore sunglasses the whole time, which was creepy. He seemed nice as could be as he said at my dining room table to me, my wife, and daughter that he is so booked with high end roofing jobs, after the major hail catastrophe, that he can pick and choose, and therefore chooses to contract for high end jobs only. In other words, he would not give me a quote, which my wife and I each asked for, but said he would begin with the insurance payout and build his work and payment upward from there. And that if I didn't want to do that he wouldn't work with us. So he was dishonest, because he did not give us a quote, which was the basis on which we agreed to meet with him. Then his cast off remark at our table about what we wanted was too small for his consideration, was oh so very politely rude. I'm all for capitalism, but absolutely not overt greed flaunted in my face!

Matt came out and inspected my roof for hail damage. I am very impressed with Matt he was very honest and told me the truth. The truth is I have no hail damage. Everyone needs to be aware of storm chasers the reason why I say this is because I have already had three people knocking on my door and all three said my roof was damaged. I called Matt because he did work for me in the past and I was very impressed and I knew that I can count on him to give me the truth. Thank you Matt and Rampart Roofing

The roof tiles are no longer manufactured and Matt was able to search for and find suitable replacements. Matt was quick with a response on the estimate of work to be done and completion of work. Highly recommend Rampart Roofing and would definitely use them again.

We give Rampart Roofing and its owner Matt Munro a five star rating. Matt is professional, attentive and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to work with. The Rampart Roofing crew did a superb job of installing our new roof. They also replaced the valley flashings and medal edges and resealed a flat portion of the roof. The crew showed up on schedule and cleaned up after each day’s work. Rampart also installed a new custom-fabricated skylight, replacing the old one that continually leaked. We appreciated that Matt continually kept us informed as to the project. He let us know when our materials had arrived and when the project would start. He explained what would be done and why. We were especially impressed by the Rampart crew’s workmanship and attention to detail. Also, when the project neared its end, Matt and his crew paid special attention to checking everything over and finishing up on any small item. Upon completion, Matt and his crew removed all roofing materials, nail-rolled the yard and driveway with a magnet and generally left the property spotlessly clean. Also, in an effort to be environmentally responsible, Rampart took our tear-off waste material to recycling plant, instead of depositing it in a landfill. Our new roof looks wonderful and we are so pleased with Rampart’s work. We highly recommend Rampart Roofing.

It was terrific. I would have them back in a minute! I dealt with Tom Hennessey who kept me informed, answered all my questions, was prompt in his replies to my questions when I was unsure of the work that would be performed, assured me that it would only cost the price of my insurance deductible (which was true) and was a genuinely nice person to deal with. When they couldn't show up for a week due to weather, he called and explained why, he gave us options for the color of the gutters to be painted, he gave me quotes on gutter guards if I wanted them to be installed, and even got back in touch with us when he was out of town at a convention for his industry. The work took a little longer than they anticipated, which was fine with us, but they called and explained why. Their clean-up was absolutely impeccable. That is the sign of true professionals, in my opinion. I noticed their signs in our neighborhood because others were using them so I asked one and she also said they were terrific to work with - that is why we got a quote from them. I got quotes from five roofers. Their quote was competitive and then Tom told me the total costs and explained every detail. I am very happy with the work provided. There was no pressure to pay up front but I paid them right after the work was completed since everything was done as agreed.

Rampart replaced our roof and our gutters due to hail damage from this past summer. Screens on our windows were also replaced.

Flashing repair, tile replacement, new flashing on new stucco wall.

Our detatched garage was built in 1923. The roof was in very bad shape, with a large hole in it. Because the weather was so rainy, and they were so busy they couldn't get to it right away, but someone came out and patched the roof to keep it from any more rain damage untill they could do the full repair. They were very friendly and professional throughout the process. When they were able to get the roof done, they were amazing. They finished the house and garage in one day (16 hours), The area around the house was free of any roofing debris, and the yard was cleaner than when they got here. The job was on budget. We were very happy with the entire procrss and the finished product.

1. The sub contracted labor did not replace the old roofing felt with new in a few areas. They were nailing new shingles over the old and I caught them doing this. I immediately contacted the owner and he had them correct it which was great. However, what if I was not there and / or ignorant of the process? 2. the wrong ridge caps were installed and I had to pay extra for the upgrade the correct ridge caps were installed. 3. Workers were not careful and I had several items nicked or damaged around the house e.g door screen deck railing etc etc. 4. workers installed "blemished" or defective shingles. Shingles were replaced after contacting the owner. However, as the same in comment 1 above, what if I was not there or not walked on the roof myself to inspect?

From the first visit to final cleanup, all dealings and work was handled with the utmost professionalism and exceptional quality. All my roof vent seals were destroyed by what appeared to be a raccoon so I needed a quick response and fix before the next rain or upcoming snow. Rampart Roofing came out immediately, inspected everything, and were able to have a crew on site to complete repairs within a couple of days after my first call. Tom, Christian, and the crew exceeded all my expectations. They were prompt, knowledgeable, hard-working,and provided a top quality job in all respects. Everything was cleaned up so well that if you didn't know what to look for on the roof, you would never have known they were there. Not only did the crew take care of the known defects but they also repaired anything else that they found during the job that could compromise the roof integrity. They made sure that my roof was watertight and that I was happy with all aspects of their work. Rampart Roofing's rapid response, quality workmanship, knowledge, communication, willingness to work with the customer's needs, and perform above-and-beyond has made me a customer for life. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Our roof was very old and leaking in our living room above the front door. I called Rampart Roofing to get a free estimate for a new roof. They quickly came and thoroughly inspected our roof and advised that we had hail damage and that we should contact our insurance company. I contacted my insurance and they came and inspected the roof and advised that they would replace it due to the hail damage. I immediately contacted Rampart Roofing again and they set an appointment for the following week to replace the roof. They took the time to come over and explain the process and left us with some shingle samples. It felt good to have a clear picture of what was going to take place and have any questions answered. The crew came, replaced the roof, cleaned up and was gone before I was even home from work (5:30pm)! They cleaned up so well that I couldn't even find one nail in my yard! (important because I have a dog and children). The roof looks excellent and performs well. I have a great peace of mind knowing that they warranty the work they do. I would definitely use them again, they were quick, courteous and provided excellent customer service , two thumbs up!!

The owner and office staff was very professional and worked with me closely regarding my roof. I am currently over seas, so they emailed me constantly regarding the progress of their work. They completed the job in a timely manner and everything looks great. I am very happy with how professional, patient and understanding they have been and I would recommend them. If I need work done in the future, I would use them again.

The roofer was at my house a total of 45 minutes. I thought the price was a little dear for a few tubes of silicone and metal strips.

Very well Matt Munro, owner, came to the house within two days of a request for a bid, despite being in the midst of June's severe storms and a lot of jobs running. His estimate was emailed to me the next day and was competitive with the two other roofing companies who provided bids. Due to the fact I was selling my house and closing quickly, he moved me up on the schedule to have the work completed prior to the closing and he and his staff communicated regularly about the when he was sending someone to measure and make a supplies list as well as when he was sending a crew to complete the work. Because it rained all week the week of my closing, he had a crew ready to complete the work once there was a break in the rain. The manager who oversaw the work kept me informed throughout the process and was professional and friendly. The company provided a 5 year certification.

He told me at the time he was 95% sure this would solve our problem. He said if this didn't work he would recommend removing all of the flashing around the chimney and replacing this portion of the roof. However, he was so sure that the first repair would work that he would even "credit" me in the future for this smaller repair if indeed the replacement became necessary. When the leak returned, a different repair man came out and identified a completly different area where he thought the leak was coming from-- he was also 95% "sure" he fixed the problem. And the leak is back. I called the company again and asked to speak to the initial person who came out. Without reassessment he told me he feels this is the chimney and not his issue. Additionally he told me that we "got more than our money''s worth" with both of the repairs his company performed. With the leak still here I can't agree with that statement. I've called another company who will be out tomorrow and will do a full assessment with hoses to determine exactly where the leak is coming from. Hoping this new company will be helpful. Based on my experience with Ramparts I do not recommend using their service.
