Quality Decks of Colorado Springs

I just had my deck completed by Quality Decks. One of the things that attracted to me was the custom bar they put alongside the railing. Its made of the same composite decking material and its very sturdy and well done. It seems to be unique to them. They don't have a secretary, therefore, please be patient with them as I had to make sure to wrote down every detail discussed and reminded them of some things but what mattered most was the way they responded. They will make things right and Jose just wants to make you happy. Be sure you clarify the differences in composite decking colors- because some are warrantied differently and some are custom colors. The MAIN COLOR AND DECK I CHOSE WAS FIBERON SANCTUARY LATTE -40 yr WARRANTY- AND THE OUTLINE WAS FIBERON SANCTUARY ESPRESSO-ALSO 40 YEAR WARRANTY) The ENTIRE CREW was very friendly and they did a really good job. I highly recommend Jose, and his crew. (Jose, Alfredo and Carlos) Everything was done with a permit. I am very happy with the end result. Jose and the entire crew were great through the entire project. From design phase, Jose provided us with various options and was super responsive - often texting several design images shortly after minor changes. The tear-out of our old deck was fast and very clean. The install phase was great, although due to supply issues we had to change materials for the first choice of decking. We got a better product with a longer warranty. The attention to detail was fantastic, with Jose quickly fixing any issues we noticed. From painting the deck structure to touching up the stucco to better match - everything came out great. I wouldn't hesitate to use Quality Decks CS for any decking project.

We were very happy with the professional service and quality of the work. Price was as estimated and they met all expectations of what was proposed. We did have to do some touch up paint that they had promised to complete. That being said, we would not hesitate using them again and highly recommend Quality decks of Colorado Springs!

Jose and his team were great to work with. We needed several things done, including changing a window to a door, removing an old deck, and installing a brand new deck in a new location (the old deck used to be on the roof of the added sunroom). Jose was able to easily translate our needs into a project plan with a 3D model, and put us on the schedule. Jose and the crew started the project a few weeks earlier than anticipated, and wrapped everything up down to the final inspection in ~4 days. Everyone was respectful and hardworking, and did not let anything get in the way of the end goal. The final result was a high-quality deck with a bonus cocktail bar for when we want to eat outside. We love our new deck and door, and fully endorse Jose and Quality Decks for any complex deck issue you might have!

Quality Decks did an amazing job for us. We are so pleased with the way the new deck looks! Jose and Carlos were patient with us as we worked through several different versions and price points until we were able to settle on what was right for us. We never felt like they were trying to talk us into something we didn't want, as some other contractors have. Alfredo and his crew doing the work were on time, professional, and polite every day. When faced with unforeseen challenges during the building process they chose to do it the right way first, even though it took more effort. You can't really ask for more. This team earned every bit of the "5 stars" from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Carlos, Jose and their crew was on time and very professional. They kept us informed on how long the process would take and cleared the old deck out and promptly put the new deck in. I would highly recommend them for other projects.

Jose and Carlos are fantastic to work with. We had a new composite deck built from the ground up (design and build) and they were able to complete the task in a little over two weeks. We made a few changes during the construction, and they were happy to accommodate our requests. The team was very professional and friendly. It is hard to get good service these days, but Quality Decks surpassed our expectations.

Another deck company in town was horrible with customer service. In June, they verbally told me they would do my deck in August. Then, come August, they told me they could not get to me until November. I called Qualtiy Decks in August, and they promised me they would complete my deck in September, and gave me the dates they would make it happen. Carlos and his team were excellent to work with. They showed up when they said the would, they did quality work, with quality materials. I highly recommend them!

Jose and his team are the best in Colorado. I did some extensive research and compared pricing vs quality and bang for your buck. What you get from Quality decks far surpassed any other company in benefits, quality of material and workmanship. Once the work started everything went according to the scheduled time line given. The crews were very professional and left everything clean and in order. I would highly recommended Quality decks for your next project, you will not be disappointed.
