Pur Eco Friendly Cleaning

They were wonderful. They were very attentive. They did a wonderful job. They were reasonably priced.

We hired Andy Aguirre to come and clean our carpets on April 26, 2018. After noticing some remaining unaffected spots after the carpet dried, we asked Andy to return to clean these areas again. Andy returned on May 4th, treated these spots with what he described as a peroxide-based substance, and attempted to clean these areas again. My wife, Michelle, has repeatedly called Pur Eco Friendly Cleaning, corresponding with Andy's wife, Lauren Aguirre, asking that she disclose what they used in the spray bottle, and she refused to do so. The purpose of our request is to determine if the warranty on our carpet is compromised. After several months of not gaining a favorable response from Lauren Aguirre, thinking that my wife would receive an answer on specific materials used, I opted to call today. After identifying myself, I began to ask Andy about what substance he used, and in mid-sentence, he hung up on me. In my opinion, Andy's conduct was both unwarranted and unprofessional. The carpet is still drying but I believe Andrew did a good job. My only criticism is when cleaning around bathroom stools he needs to invest in a smaller width tool so he can get between the wall and the base of the stool. I do not believe he had a tool small enough to do this. I could tell the difference in all 3 bathrooms from what carpet was cleaned and what was not. Granted, not many homes have carpeted bathrooms. So i can see where he may not have been prepared for this. Time (a couple of days) will tell if the rest of the carpet is as clean as I believe it appears to be now. He did address my concern w/ dog urine & pretreated the worst areas. I would use them again considering they have much to offer. I did have problems w/ my initial contact w/ the company. But received an explanation of being out of town & technical difficulties. They were very good at keeping me informed of their expected arrival. T

Cleaners were great. The ladies always did a great job. The management was very disappointing. I have been using them for over a year at the same cost. I received an email on a Saturday informing me that they were raising my cost (35%) because I requested additional services, and I had family additions that took more time. Lauren made no attempt to call me to discuss this, and when I called in response to her email on the same day, I got no response. Her accusations in the email were unfounded. If I asked the ladies to change what bathroom they were cleaning, it was a direct replacement. Update: I never asked them to clean or vacuum additional couches or furniture from the original estimate. I regularly vacuumed my own couches for pet hair to reduce the amount of hair on the couches when the ladies came to clean. I did not ask them to clean additional spaces or provide additional services without coordinating with Lauren. Update: If Lauren felt that these reasons were issues, she should have brought them to my attention immediately - not months down the road. As for family additions, I have had the same number of pets since they began cleaning for me. I have three dogs which I adopted in Feb 2012, May 2013 and Feb 2014 - long before they began cleaning for me on 30 January 2015. If they missed the dogs or did not account for the dogs on their initial estimate, they should have contacted me when they realized the error instead of continuing to clean my home for a year and a half before it became an issue. I did not add a Husky with a "tremendous amount of hair" to my family, as he was always a part of my family. I did have a child whom is now almost a year old - if that requires an additional charge it should have been addressed when he was born. Update: If additional baby equipment was becoming an issue, Lauren should have addressed this with me, and I would have addressed the issue by consolidating or moving the baby items to make it easier on the ladies to clean. If it is not mentioned to me, there is nothing I can do to fix the issue. Further, they did not clean his bedroom or bathroom regularly unless I coordinated a whole house cleaning with Lauren. I am more than willing to accept an increase in operating costs as part of normal business operations, but a 35% increase citing false reasons is unacceptable and excessive. In addition, not discussing these issues as they occurred makes for poor fodder after the fact. Further, sending an email about this type of business transaction and then making yourself unavailable to discuss is unprofessional. I responded within 1.5 hours of the initial email. Such changes should be relayed and discussed over the phone. I have cancelled my service and will not be recommending them again. Customers with babies and pets beware.

Wonderful, amazing people! Delightful to work with! We have THREE Collies and FIVE cats. They got things out I had stand said they dresigned myself to living with unti thel the carp et is replaced. My husband said they did a great job.

Jasmine and Bertha did a marvelous job cleaning my house; from making the bed to dusting, cleaning the oven and the stove top (so they look new!), sweeping, mopping and vacuuming the floors. And all of it was done quickly, quietly and efficiently. Jasmine even made certain everything was done correctly by reviewing each room with me! It was a little pricey but worth it! I will use this company again and hope to get two such good workers!

Very professional service. Cleaned house very thoroughly and promptly responded to any issues. Would use again if back in Colorado Springs area.

I scheduled cleaning for Saturday, 8/29. Lauren on Tuesday, 8/25 confirmed the date and time. She also said she would come to the house at 4pm that Wednesday for an estimate.She never came nor did I receive a phone call about missing the appointment. I left a message that night asking what happened. Around noon on Thursday, her assistant called and left a message for me. She said there was a glitch in Lauren's calendar and lost the appointment, time, phone number. Here assistant said she was calling me not Lauren because Lauren was in a meeting. She also informed me that they could not do the work on Saturday as had been agreed to. This was crucial help for me since it was a move out. I called twice and left messages about how upset and asked they call me back but received no response. I noticed this happened before on another review. They may do good work I have no idea but they did not deal with me with any respect or integrity. I have been in business a long time and I know when I have been yanked. I know Lauren will have a response to this review but this is exactly what happened.

In general, the carpet cleaning was fantastic, non-stinky and quick-drying, very nice clean feel. The two cleaning ladies were lovely and sweet and did a terrific job on what they did. We have one bit of advice--we came back from six months out of the country expecting the housesitter to have left the house generally grubby. It was not. So instead of a general cleaning my husband (I was not heere when the girls arrived) asked them to do some specific non-general tasks, like applying Bona cleaner to laminate floors and cleaning the fridge. The girls seemed uncomfortable with him and were basically unwillingto do other than the usual boilerplate housecleaning starting with bathrooms (which were clean!). When I got home an hour later I showed them the products we wanted used and things went beautifully. Some of this may have been a language issue, and next time we would call in advance if there were a change in objectives, but it would also have been nice if your employees were aware that clients sometimes need a redirect, and they should attend to that. We gave them a nice tip anyway and will certainly use you guys form now on--delightful girls and terrific carpet work!

They were wonderful. They did a very good job. They were thorough. They dealt with the issues that I had. They were excellent.

This was an expired deal that I didn't expect the provider to honor but they sure did. My windows are spotless. I will use them again so sure.

From the first contact, to the free in-home estimate, and now to regular cleaning services, I could not be happier. Eco Pur is my 4th home cleaning service provider in the Springs and I am happy to say will be my last and long term. Lauren in the office is responsive and accommodating, and the level of cleaning is by far the most detailed and careful. I appreciate the type of products they use and even more that my home is able to be cleaned more spotlessly than previous companies. I just had a one time window cleaning as well, which was reasonably priced and just as carefully done. Crew is always on time, quick and thorough, and careful. Very highly recommend.

Andy was on time and ready to get to work right away. He did a gread job of cleaning the carpet. He also showed concern for my cats, by asking to put them ome where so they would not get out while he was clening... Andy ws very freindly and professional. He anssered all the concerns we had about our carpet...

I called them 4 times. They kept giving excuses. They never called or showed up.

He was very efficient and washed and cleaned the windows quickly. There were no streaks and he was very thorough. We have a raised ranch and he did not hesitate to climb a ladder and clean the outside of the windows.

The cleaning went well except for the floors. I had requested using a certain cleaner on the hardwood floors, but when I went there to inspect, they were using a big bucket with water on the floors. While the floors looked alright, I was disappointed. I had to call twice to receive my bill. But the service was timely and professional and people were pleasant to work with.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was not bad, but not great. They missed some windows so I asked them to come back. They also missed some spots on the glass. They came back and were not supervised by the owner. When they came back they corrected the problem. It was a good deal based on the price. They came when they said they would.

They are very contentious. They send two people to do the work and it is much more thorough than the last company I used. They are very detailed oriented. Scheduling has been fine. I feel safe with them in my home when I am not there. The owner really tries to work with me and is very contentious on what I like.

The guys were real friendly and they did a quality job. There were no unexpected issues.

It was great. They were very responsive, did a quality job, and arrived on time. They also cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated.

He contacted us right away and we settled on a date and time. He was punctual, pleasant and provided a wonderful result in just a short time. I would use him again.
