I am posting this for a co-worker who does not have an Angies List account. Mr. Sandoval is very professional and did a great job cleaning our area rugs. He quoted me one price but it ended up being half the price. He is a very honest person and I will definitely be calling him again in the near future.

Daniel was able to accomodate us right away, and his work was flawless... just in time for our open house weekend. I would absolutely recommended Daniel and his team to anyone!

The first time that they did the work, they charged us around $350.00. My wife was very happy with the work, so we hired them again to do the windows. After the second time, the bill came to around $800.00 for the same exact job and same house. I talked to him and he told me that they purchased a newer, more expensive power washer. I told him that was not any of my concern and that my bill should not reflect that. He called me back and told me that they also power washed my driveway, hot tub cover, and gutters. I told him that we only hired him to do the windows, and that was all we were going to pay for. I payed around $350.00 for the second trip that he did the work. Now he has been harassing my wife at the gym, and sending me emails telling us both that we need to pay the whole amount or that he is going to hire an attorney and sue us.
