 + -1 moreDave arrived early and began inspecting the home on the exterior. He was very clean, polite and professional. I appreciate it when people take off their shoes before entering my home. I have used other inspectors in Colorado Springs, but none of them did the thorough inspection that was performed by PremierOne Home Inspections. He checked EVERYTHING, electrical outlets, windows, cupboard doors, etc... and provided a detailed report. We have had nightmares with several other homes we have purchased and wanted to make sure we were buying a well built home with no structural or drainage issues! The report made us feel much more comfortable making this home purchase. The radon test was also done at the time of the inspection. WORTH EVERY PENNY AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND PREMIERONE HOME INSPECTIONS!
