He worked very hard and the carpet turned out beautifully clean. We will definitely hire Premier again!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My carpets look like new and I was so excited to hear about their other services!! If you want to deal with an HONEST company that provides epic results, Premier Carpet is it. PS. Eddie came in wearing a mask and kept his distance. They are adhering to all COVID regulations.

This year was highlighted by a visiting cat pooping inappropriately in my house ~ thank you for treating our carpets for that. Also, this year, Sean cleaned our "Oh, please don't bother" contractor's carpet that has been grey for most of the last 19 years ... it's white!

He described everything that they would be doing, and gave me tips to keeping my carpet clean in the future. They were very efficient, and were done within an hour. The carpets look fantastic! I will definitely be calling them again.

He calls ahead to remind me of the appointment, then again when he is on the way to the house. He's very efficient and gets the job done promptly. He offered some discounts and was good with helping on the cost, making it affordable.
Description of Work: I try to have my carpets cleaned once or twice a year. This time I also had some carpet stains that needed to be worked on as well as an upholstered chair that was stained. I have used Premier Carpet Cleaning for 7 years now because of Robert's proven record. The stains came out and the chair looks great! Robert is very personable and prompt and I like that he is the one who comes to do the job not someone else. I've had even worse stains in the past that I thought would never come out due to a sick pet and he was able to get them out completely!

+ -1 moreHe arrived on time and didn't rush through the job. He used a special solution for pet stains (extra $$ but worth it). He moved the larger furniture for me that I could not do on my own. He did an excellent job and I will never use another company.
Description of Work: I had Robert clean my carpets the summer of 2011. He did 3 rooms, 2 of those being high traffic, and a flight of stairs. My carpets are cream and with 3 kids and 2 dogs they looked much older than the 1.5yrs we had them for. Earlier that spring I had used another company (one I found with a valuepak coupon) and was less than impressed. Premier, however, managed to get all the puppy accident stains out of my carpet and left me with the leftover solution for touch ups throughout the year. He truly DOES use the best products. He was on time and very friendly-- I felt comfortable being alone in the house with him (which was HUGE for me because my husband was deployed and I was feeling paranoid!). My carpets looked new and the cleaning lady who came to my house the next day was impressed and took his card with her. It is time for another round of cleaning and I'm preparing to give Robert another call.

After a friend recommended Robert, I had visited his website (www.thepremierclean.com) and could see he had a lot of knowledge and experience with this work. I am very satisfied with his cleaning and pricing and have recommended him to two other friends.
Description of Work: I called Robert from Premier Carpet Cleaning after a friend recommended him. He got back to me the same day to schedule an appointment. He cleaned the carpets in 5 rooms of my house. He also cleaned a small flight of stairs (trilevel house). The carpets now look great, as clean as new. The carpets dried quickly. Robert was professional and very helpful.
