The technician was courteous, prompt, respectful, very very knowledgeable, he explained everything he was going to do, gave an estimate of the cost. The person I scheduled with said that if the work was above a certain amount the service call fee would be waived. It ended up being above that price but the work was thorough! I would hire them again definitely!

Had a new garage door opener put in and a week later the garage door was not working and doing the same thing as before. Could not get someone out to fix the problem until 3 days later.

Although it was delayed on back order they did a wonderful job

They were able to install a new door within a week. Sold us a door that another customer didn't have the money for. Very happy with the service, including them having to return to make adjustments to the door.

I purchased full two-door setup from Precision Door on Sept. 19, 2020. I was told by the salesman the doors would be installed the next week. I wanted color matching doors but was told those doors were on backorder and it would be quicker and cheaper to get white doors because they are readily available. The salesman said he would follow up early next week to give me an install date. After not receiving a call I reached out to the salesman and was told the **readily available doors** are now on backorder and they should be in next week. Again, the salesman would call me next week to give me an install date. I did not hear anything that week and followed up the following week. I was at that time the doors would arrive in their warehouse on Thursday Oct. 22, and they would install them on Friday Oct. 23. Today is Oct. 23rd. I took the day off to be home for the install. After waiting 30 minutes past the scheduled arrival time of the installers, I called Precision Door office. I knew immediately there was an issue when the representative on the line was having trouble finding me in the system. She finally came back and said *I found you, our system shows you live in the Denver Market. Now that I have found you let me get your salesman or a scheduler on the line for you**. After holding for 5 minutes or more she comes back and tells me they are not available and there is no one available that can help. I asked for a manager, supervisor, or an owner and of course, they are not available either. The representative said she would have someone call me immediately. Of course, as I expected after my experience with the salesman follow-up, nobody has called to help me. So here I sit after taking a day off with no garage doors, nobody calling to help me out, and a $2200 deposit up in the air. Stay away from this company.

Kept changing appt. ended up a week later than planned. Did not haul away all of the old door. The installers where ok, managemnt is the problem.

It took a few times to schedule an appointment but the quality of the materials and installation was excellent.

Available 7 days a week. I was contacted immediately and an appointment scheduled for the following day. Repairman was very knowledgeable; recommended simple maintenance that I could do to prolong the life of my garage door.

He was friendly and a very efficient worker. He was very good at explaining what needed to be done at the time and the care for my garage doors in the future.

Great follow up and follow through . . . technician was a real pro and my job required real expertise. We had to practically rebuild a 50 year old garage door. A 20 minute job estimate turned into a 3 hour job, yet the price was still $1.75 less than the project estimate that I was provided before we started work. Great company!!!

We had a great experience with Precision Garage doors. We absolutely love our new garage door and opener. The only improvement that I would suggest is that we were not contacted after the installation to ensure that all went as expected. But other than that, we had great service!
