OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Josh and Jordan were professional, efficient, explained everything they were going to do. They took photos and videos before, during, and after the job was done! Overall ok but a few things that affect my review. One of our vents was found to be broken after the cleaning. Within three weeks a massive clog developed in our furnace drain from all of the dirt that had collected from the cleaning and caused a leak for several days before we had to have an HVAC service company come to service the furnace and repair the massive clog. The final detail which may be common so I’m not using it to form an opinion of planet duct is that our carbon monoxide alarm was going oon and off for about an hour during the cleaning of the furnace area. They said it’s not a problem but I probably wouldn’t want to have my family in The house during

The two young men went above and beyond to completely clean the troublesome dryer vent which we had relocated behind the laundry room wall, and even made sure it was clean back to the outside wall of the house. They were polite and professional and I would hire this company again.
