 + -1 moreThe office staff has always been excellent...My beef is with the manager/supervisor who refused to call and discuss my dispute of the quantity and quality of the material I had delivered. I will probably continue to use Pioneer but not as my first choice as they have been in the past. Any business that will not follow through to resolve a customer's issue is not going to be my "go-to" place.
Description of Work: I disputed the materials I had delivered by calling the office. The person I spoke with was AWESOME...as they were when I purchased the material. However, two or three times I was told that the manager/supervisor would call me to discuss my concerns and he NEVER did. I was not given his name or number so I could call.

hauling services
 + -1 moreEverything was great. I was pleased that they agreed to haul the stones even though I did not purchase the stones through them. They gave me a time that they would be at the location where I had bought the stones, and they were there. I have not used their paving products, but the hauling services were reasonably priced.
Description of Work: They hauled three pallets of paving stones for me that I had bought at another company.
