Description of Work: Replaced glass shower door. Pikes Peak Glass came out and looked at the glass and suggested several options (buffing, replacing). We visited the showroom and brought home some samples of glass to consider. Both the salesman (Butch Ziebell) and the workman (I think it was Shane) were extremely patient, polite, and professional.

+ -1 moreI stopped by the showroom which had a sample of exactly what I was looking for. The representative was very knowledgeable and we set a time for a measurement. The representative arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional. The doors were manufactured in the scheduled amount of time. Pikes Peak was very flexible in working around my schedule for the installation. Two techs arrived at the exact agreed to time. The product was installed beautifully and efficiently. Well done Pikes Peak Glass!

+ -1 moreHorribly. This is the company to call if you want to waste your time.
Description of Work: Pikes Peak Glass was supposed to come do an estimated for replacing a broken pane of glass at my home. It told me it could only schedule a 3-hours window for the service and I would need to be available during all 3-hours. The tech was supposed to call half-an-hour before coming. I sat here for all 3-hours, the tech never called and never came. When I called Pikes Peak, it had the tech, Butch call me and all he did was whine about how he gotten things added to his schedule and was in an area of bad cell phone service and thus, didn't call.
