Pike's Peak Irrigation

We have been going to the same company for a while and today I am very, very disappointed. My mother called to have him turn on the sprinklers today, and he was short with her and cursed at her when she asked questions regarding a missing piece and a broken head, then he left without completing the job. I can't believe he did that and he has definitely lost our business. I understand life gets hard at times but there is absolutely no excuse for that kind of behavior! If this company can suddenly snap that way and treat a long time customer like that, that is no one I want to be doing business with.

Great - Steve arrived on time and continued to work until the job was done. He first tested the water pressure to insure I had the most efficient layout and put in sprinkler heads that were more efficient than the 30 year old system I had. He tested the system thoroughly and programmed the system for me. He also answered all my questions and made some great recommendations on what type of layout and heads would work the best for my sloping back yard. Highly recommend this contractor, he is very knowledgeable and has been in business for 28 years.

Steve is very helpful; checks all the settings and makes recommendations about times. Always accommodating with scheduling.

I am a property manager and I called Steve to have him blowout the sprinklers on my 15 properties. Steve called each tenant for me to schedule the blowouts and everything was done before I even had a chance to tell the tenant that he was going to call. He even called me to let me know what tenants he couldn't get a hold of and what days he was going out to each property. I even called him on the fly about a property that responded back to me late and he got us taken care of that day! I will be calling him again!

Everything has gone really well with this company, so far. He is good at following up and very responsive. His prices are very reasonable for installation and also for maintenance. We have a well and were skeptical about installing the sprinkler system. He tested the water pressure for the well and made sure that it would be compatible and operate correctly. He did the background work before selling us something we wouldn't be able to use.
