Peak Window Coverings

The estimate was accurate and fair - job performed in a commendable manner - a couple minor issues were handled with alacrity. We would not hesitate using their services again........

.I needed new window treatments for nearly all of the windows and doors in my home. I contacted 3 companies and met with representatives from two of them. I was most impressed with Steve Johnson who represented Peak Window Coverings. After looking through samples and getting estimates of cost, I indicated to Steve that I wanted to think it over for a while before making a decision. He was fine with that and made no effort to push me into an immediate decision. About a week later I contacted Steve and made an appointment for him to come back. After much deliberation, and helpful hints from Steve, I decided on the type and color of the window coverings I wanted. Steve recorded the necessary information then carefully measured each window and door to note the exact size needed for each and the order was placed. This took place on March 8th. On the 15th of April, Steve returned with the window coverings and proceded with the final step--installation. During this process we discovered a couple of problems, and agreed that we were both responsible for a seeming breakdown in communication during the initial decision-making on March 8th and the problems were easily resolved. I was impressed with Steve's professionalism, product knowledge, and concern for customer satisfaction. I would definitely use Peak Window Coverings again and happily recommend this company to anyone needing the services they provide.

Bret did an excellent job & the windows look great! My tenant was moving in at the time Bret was installing and he made the job much easier by working around my tenant & all her stuff. She was delighted (so were we) and the window treatments still look great & function even better. Thanks Bret!
