PEAK FENCING

Work was scheduled to start on a Wednesday - after speaking with Mark, it was delayed until Monday because of the need to get a city permit (not knowing how long that would take). The delay was worth it and avoided the winter storm that hit and allowed them to work during Spring weather, in January. We asked them to make a change to the gates, they did so and did a wonderful job.

They came out and gave an estimate, we agreed on the date and price, the crew came and removed the old fence and put in the new one. No fuss, no muss. They were even kind enough to remove some extra debris for me. Nice crew and a great looking new fence!

The estimate was fast and professional. As a matter of fact, the contractor showed up early! He gave me several options and explained the pros and cons of each. No hard sell, just good advice. They scheduled the work and performed it to spec for precisely the estimated amount. Absolutely great!

The experience was very good. I had purchased a big deal for $150. The staff was super friendly, and the staff that came out was quick, and it was very well done. They were nice guys.

Peak Fencing helped me plot out where the fence was to be placed. They helped me decide where to put the gates as well. Once the estimate was given they scheduled a date and time for their employees to do the install. The employees arrived when they said they were going to and got right to work on installing the metal posts for the cedar privacy fence. The first day was digging and cementing the posts in the ground. The next day they arrived when they said they would once again. The second day was installing the cedar slats. The slats are premium slats with few knot holes in them. The two guys working on the fence finished a little earlier than I expected and the fence looks great. Peak Fencing sent another guy out a couple weeks later who stained the fence. The whole job still looks great even after the summer heat and rains that we had this year.

Overall, it went very well, The workmanship was first rate; customer service, professionalism, and responsiveness was excellent; and the final product is really well constructed and looks great. The only drawback is that I wish they had a better fencing layout and design consultant involved prior to the fence installation. I'm not a fencing professional and did my best to visualize what I wanted, but we ended up making too many design decisions on-the-fly while the fence was being installed. In retrospect, after living with the fence for a while - I wish we had made some alternative design decisions.

Showed up on time for work estimate and for job. I could not have been any happier about the work performed, but my neighbors were concerned about a cable left on their side of the fence. I went to their yard and pushed it back under the fence. Most of the cable was able to be slipped under the slats except one piece wedged between the slat and the railroad tie. Joe asked that I contact him with any problems, but as soon as I mentioned the cable he exploded with it not being his responsibility. Upon calling the company, they gladly agreed to get the cable back to my side of the fence. Great company - less than accommodating employee.

Came out but the job was smaller than he expected because they did not read the details in my very specific email. They thought they were going to do our entire 11 acres but we wanted a smaller job done. They never came back or contacted us again. Very disrespectful. The job was still significant enough to have made them some money.

Peak Fencing was great! I contacted Mark Lundy and he came to the house within 2 days to give me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable so we scheduled the work to take place in 2 weeks. Joe came to the house yesterday and he and his assistant completed 69 feet of fence in 6 hours!! I also found a broken post on a different section of fence and they took care of that for me. If I could give them more than "A" I would. My best experience with a contractor to date.

Two people came out for the work. It took just about one day. They are professional, knowledgeable and provided several options without pushing it too much.

Dave and Mark came over to give us estimates on two separate occasions. They were very prompt getting back to us with the estimates. Jessica, who works in the office, was also very sweet to deal with. Throughout the whole process, they were all very professional and kind. The installers, David and Shawn, were very professional, courteous and such hard workers. The fence looks fabulous and is very very sturdy. We are very happy with Peak Fencing and highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic job and they worked well with my schedule. They were very patient with me which I really appreciated.

Built new fence for large back yard, including a gate. Peak fencing finished a new fence for our back yard this week and it is perfect. Our yard is Very uneven but that fence is so straight, it is unbelievable. They even built a gate that will open which is a first in 27 years of living in this house. The crew was friendly and very polite and left the yard cleaner than when they came. I wish they did other types of work as I would hire them immediately

Showed on time. Checked in before and after both days of work. Polite and courteous. Job accomplished professionally and expertly using quality materials. Overall - excellent company to do business with.

The entire process was smooth and professional start to finish. Quick appointment for quote--quote provided before they left our home. Started on time and finished on time. Excellent!!!!

After I called, someone was out in 2 days to give me an estimate that was half of another estimate I received. After getting the utilities located, two workers were out on the scheduled date and completed the work in a few hours. The workers carefully and professionally built the new fence, and the clean up was great.

I contracted to have a 6' wooden privacy fence erected. The bid was competitive and the reviews I saw and the BBB looked good, so I went with Peak. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. The work was done in a couple of days, but it was shoddy. As I walked the fence line, inspecting it, I found many problems. I called Mark, the owner, and he sent the subcontractor back out. I pointed out that they used green wood and that was never addressed. I have posts that are splitting, gates that are drooping and one whole corner came undone! I just had that repaired (NOT by Peak Fencing) and was shown that they had used short, insubstantial nails on the corner posts. After the subcontractor came out and repaired a couple of things (they did not repair or replace the splitting wood posts), I called Mark again. I had emailed pictures to him. This time he never responded. Actually, I never even met the man in person. The employee with whom I did meet, Dave, told me they had a referral for someone who could stain the fence. Three times I asked him for the name and number and he said he would get it to me; he never did. I highly suggest you do NOT use this company. The wood they used was green and now is warped and split, the quality of the work done was terrible and they did not properly respond to my requests to fix the fence for which I had paid over two thousand dollars!
