+ -1 moreWanted to leave a recommendation for Peachtree Restorations. They've been wonderful to us, they were very prompt and stayed on top of everything that was going on with the installation. They installed our windows, and our roof and the overall cosmetics on the house. Milton is a wonderful agent for the company and he's been walking us through everything step-by-step and was able to go through our insurance company and even get more money to finish the jobs.

+ 0 morePeachtree Restorations installed my roof a week ago they were in an out in a matter of half a day. The cleanup I couldn't of asked for anything better it was as if they had not been here. My contact Nick would return my calls promptly and answered any and all questions that I had prior to and during the installation. I would recommend Peachtree to my friends and to anybody else.

I would have liked the dumpster to be taken away quicker after completion but I will say they were really thorough at the clean up process as well.

Description of Work: I received a letter from Peachtree about a free inspection of my roof and decided to give them a shot. After the inspection Milton let me know that my roof was in great shape and left me some general information.

+ 1 moreEverything went very smoothly. Milton inspected the property for damage, showed us photos, and even helped us file the claim. He was very thorough and walked us through every step of the process. I was worried at the beginning as State Farm's first estimate seemed very low compared to my neighbors who had similar sized roofs but much larger settlements. Milton showed me how the adjuster overlooked a lot of code items--drip edge, double felt, ice & water shield, etc. At that point, Peachtree's in-house adjusters submitted a 51 page report including an Xactimate estimate, aerial measurements of my home, supporting photos, local building ordinances and manufacturer's specs. State Farm then revised their estimate to include for these additional coverages. Windows were also a challenge which required a third party bid in order to get a fair price from State Farm. Peachtree provided that bid and we got excellent service on new windows. Now, I have virtually a new exterior and an impact resistant shingle that gets me a significant discount on my insurance premiums. I have a lifetime warranty on the shingles and a 130mph wind warranty. Highly recommend Peachtree Restorations and Milton Brannon, our project manager, to everyone.
