+ -1 moreSeemed to be fine. Then I realized I could not get my printer to work! I called twice and twice was told he would be back that p.m. NEVER showed up; don't believe he ever intended to! He ran a special and delivered that level of service as far as I am concerned. It's the first time I have ever had that happen. They usually run a special to increase business!
Description of Work: I'm not sure. It was quite a while ago.

+ -1 moreExcellent. The problem was solved. I've used this company several times in the past to fix problems, speed up computers, install new operating systems, set up back up systems, transfer system from server to individual work station, etc. I've also bought a new Dell laptop from them. The work has always been done quickly, professionally, and to my satisfaction. Brian is an excellent communicator who is able to explain in layman's terms what he doing.
Description of Work: I decided to download Google's new free Internet phone service. Bad mistake! My PC crashed, programs wouldn't load, etc. I call Brian at PC Colorado and he was able to uninstall the program and restore my missing data and programs.
