He did good work. The computer ran much better. We ended up replacing the laptop because it was old. We took the laptop to him to fix it.

Did their best to make it workable. Very polite, VERY helpful.

Patrick was very persistent. It took longer than we expected. He had the computer for 2 weeks. We had to pay for a new fan that he would install. We had to call him recently to find out where the fan was. He didn’t remember and he was going to look into it. He was able to recover all our data. It was not as professional as I would have liked.

I was very disappointed. He hasn't returned my calls. He's supposed to be helping me with it. I'm not very impressed. Before, I had a special to get my computer fixed. He said that he could do it better remotely but then my computer was old and it had a lot of glitches. He had one on the floor and he traded it to me minus the fee to have it repaired. He said he would help me with anything I needed but my calls go unreturned all the time. I didn't think that it was faulty but I just think the settings he made weren't what I needed and I didn't know how to change that.

Overall the experience was o.k. The computer did seem to run somewhat better after the visit. We were a few weeks late redeeming the service and the owner was unhappy about that, but he did eventually agree to honor the Angie's List special deal, and we appreciated his flexibility.

He gave me a couple of suggestions. It was fine. He's pretty reasonable and he seems willing to give advice and suggestions. He chatted with me on the phone for a little bit too. The pricing was reasonable.

Took a slow laptop in. Came back in two hours to pick it up. He had removed viruses. He demonstrated before we left that it was much faster. Couldn't believe it had viruses since we use Norton Security.

Scheduling was simple and everything went fine. The work that they did was of very good quality and they were on-time for the appointment.

The service was great and I don't have any problems. I was in and out the same day. It was a quick turn around, I was in in the morning and in mid afternoon everything was done. The service is excellent.

He is always great to work with. I recommended him to my son who needed assistance with his computer on short notice so he could continue is on-line college courses. He was impressed with the service he received and the reasonable cost associated.

Everything went great. He got me right in and took care of my computer in just a few hours. I would definitely go to Patrick's again.

It took awhile to set up the appointment since the provider works solo. Once we got that settled the work was helpful and the computer was cleared of all the previous data.

Patrick did a fine job. I called to make an appointment however when he answered he told me to bring the lap top over so he could inspect it. I did and he summarized that it might be my hard drive.He asked me to leave the lap top so that he could make the proper assessment. By the time I got home I had a message on my answering machine from Patrick giving me the 411. I went back the next day to pay for the part. That afternoon my lap top was fixed. I appreciate that he did a nice job in a short period of time. I would recommend him to all that I am associated with.

I spoke to Patrick several times and he was a very nice man. But the young man who came didn't quite do things right so we had them to come one more time and Patrick sent someone new to take care of it.

It was alright. It's been quite a while. I didn't spend anything extra, but I wouldn't go back to them. The service was good nonetheless.

The Groupon was for my daughters computer. Unfortunately, she allowed it to expire. I contacted Patrick's computer to see if he would extend the groupon and he would not. Nor would he allow me to use it in combination with a tuneup for my computer.

Our hard drive crashed and saw this special on Angie's List it was great. The computer was gone so ended up purchasing a refurbished one from Patrick and it has been great and liked supporting a small local business. I would definitely use them again.

Patrick was very professional as well as helpful.

No significant changes noted....had a laptop problem shortly thereafter but do not think they were connected to the scan on the laptop

Patrick was very professional and got my laptop back to me as quick as possible, and for a great price. I liked the communication on the progress of my laptop through their online ticket system. I would definitely use them again. I am so happy to have my laptop back in good working order!

He came out and fixed the problem and installed an antivirus that seemed to work well.

The technician was right on time and worked in a very professional manner. He answered all my questions. My old laptop is like new and I probably would not have needed my new laptop, had I known how well the old one could be cleaned up. He also set up my brand new lap top.

Professional and polite. Only problem is one pop-up is still there. He did let me know that he could remotely take care of it but I have yet to call him.

They did a good job. The service was great.
