+ -1 moreI could not be happier! scheduling was quick as weather helped Ortega slip my little job in. the crews (three teams) were tireless in leveling to grade, hand digging out the monolithic foundation walls, and placing forms as required for the foundation. re-bar structural support was constructed to specs regional building inspection was facilitated once the concrete was poured, it was finished perfectly smooth even though the crew had to stay a bit late due to a short thunderstorm we had. the next day Ortega came back broke down the forms and removed all excess materials (re-bar, forms, trash) all interaction was very professional and friendly I could not be happier.
Description of Work: excavated and poured concrete foundation for 19x14 addition to approved architectural specification.
