They did a good job. They were okay. I didn’t like the man; I think he was the owner of the company. I felt uncomfortable around him. He was smart. He always used to ask uncomfortable questions about me in front of the contractors. He never used to knock the door and come inside. Finally I got to the point where I had to lock all my doors. When I would be downstairs working on my computer, I have a storm door so I locked the storm door and kept the front door open. He would literally take his stick and pound it on the door. Then he would call out my name. Where I live, I don’t have cell phone service. So the contractor set up an extension ladder so that the guys could go up and check the messages or return a phone call. The extension ladder was set on the side of the roof. This guy would climb up the ladder and jump on the roof. The chandelier in my living area would swing back and forth. I had another vendor come out that was replacing my windshield on my car. He came to the vendor and was talking to him and saying why was he doing it and that he wanted to shut the windshield. He was always asking me what I did for work. He was kind of looking around. Finally my contractor told him not to ask such questions. All he did was smile and laugh. He was too inquisitive. He felt free to walking to my house. He used to complain about driving to my house and doing the job, without making money. He was bad mouthing me. He was bad mouthing the contractor who hired him. He wasn’t nice. He would just look at you and smile and laugh. I thought that he was pacing my house. Their price was reasonable. He would come out unscheduled. He would show up whenever he needed to show up. One day he showed up and I didn’t know that he was coming. We got into an argument because of the ceiling on the tile which I didn’t like. Then he drove out three times unexpectedly. I don’t know but maybe he was coming to see if I was at home. If I was at home, whether I was all by myself; whether I was married or what. It was very uncomfortable. They were the sub contractors. I wouldn’t use them in the future.

Very professional in every respect. Aaron and his crew are easy to work with and did a great job at a fair price. They had finished an earlier job for us a few weeks ago and we very so impressed with them that we asked them to come back and do the laundry room project.
Description of Work: Installed approximately 72 sf of porcelin tile in laundry room.
