Listened to someone who did not pay for services and only did basement when paid for upstairs too without informing me as customer. Issue was presence of oxygen tank. When I found out and complained they returned and completed job.

It did not go well! After paying this company just under $2,000 dollars they were unwilling to provide the proper customer service we needed today. They kept offering me a full pest inspection, which I did not want or need. They acted as if everyone needs their service and they don't have to earn ours News to them, many other options out there.

Yellowjackets had built their nest in the vent hood for our bathroom fan. Mug-a-Bug came out the next morning after I called them, and took care of a dangerous situation. I don't know how to compare the cost with what others charge, but it was well worth it to get the wasps taken care of before they got into our home through the vent.

Chris showed up on time and did a great job. He understood when I told him I didn't want the mouse bait down, as I have dogs. He was very friendly and sprayed carefully. I will definitely use Mug-A-Bug again in the future should I need more pest control.

It went very well. They gave me a 2 hour window of when they would arrive and even called 30 minutes prior so I didn't have to wait around for them. The thousands of ants and other tiny insects that were everywhere are gone. Very professional.

We had carpenter ants in garage. They came back when needed at no charge to take care of a few stragglers.

They worked with us very well. They made the appointment convenient for our realtors. They waited for us to pay for the complete exam. We set up a plan for them to come every 3 months for treatment. We were very happy. They were very thorough. When they say they are going to call you back they really do.

The owner was the actual inspector who came out. He was very knowledgeable about the problem, the ways to fix it, and what the long term expectations were. Willing to talk it through and walk us through each step.

The job was performed as requested. They plugged at the holes drilled through concrete and did a superior job cleaning up.

I was very happy with them. When I called them up, I told them what my problem was and they said "no problem". They were prompt and very professional. They came out and told me what he was going to do for the charge that he was going to charge me. They laid their traps and stuff and then within four of five days, the whole infestation was completely gone. I haven't had the problem with the ants since they applied their bug juice on them. They were to the point, very accurate and very professional. If I had to use a bug company again, I would use them. They were great.

My experience with them was very good. Their representative is very polite. He is the same person performing the service for us all the time. Their service is really working.

They are fantastic. They come and check on the bait traps. I have a dog and they are very careful where to place the bait traps so my dog won't get in. They spray on the windows in the basement for spiders and also for ants if that is an issue. They contact me before they come to verify if I'm at home so that there be no miscall charges. Their price is competitive. They arrive when they set an appointment. They are very punctual. I recommended them to my work.

My main complaint is their accounting function. Accounting function is handled by a family member of the owner. I paid the first visit by $156.00 check that was deposited within 2 days and cleared one day later. Mug-A-Bug claimed I had never paid, never called me personally to see what the problem was, and turned my account over to a collection agency. When I presented a copy of the cancelled check, their accounting function made light of the matter as simply an "over-sight". Before turning it over to a collection agency they should have called me to resolve the matter.

Everything seemed to go very well. The gentlemen who came out were very professional, informative and helpful. Time will tell as to how the treatment worked but so far so good!

We did not get charged for this service because of their customer service guarantee. We had a spider problem pop-up between services, so they came out and re-sprayed. It was a pleasant surprise to not be charged!

Two days later they came and sprayed, I saw the bugs coming out and they came right out and did a second treatment and I didn’t see bugs around since then. There was a lot of construction going on around here and we kept getting mice in our basement and they came out and treated that and we didn’t have mice for a while. They were very reasonable.

The only problem is that every time they come they would ask what the other person did before and I feel that they should know. But once they are told, they go right to work. They should know what they are coming to. They are very punctual. I will use them in the future.

We moved into a house with a serious spider problem. This was the only company I called that didn't pressure me for a year long contract. They came out, sprayed for spiders, and promised that the spiders would lessen and then disappear over the course of 45 - 60 days. It's now about 45 days out and I haven't seen a spider in weeks. They were professional and very reasonably priced.
