Mountain Fresh Carpet Care

Horrible!! My house smelled like cheap perfume (as a friend put it that came by the next day). The carpets do not look like they were ever cleaned. They were not on time for the first appointment. Second appointment (since they guarantee the work) we didn't get a call until 3 hrs after saying he was running behind so we rescheduled. Here it is 4 hrs later and he hasn't shown up, won't return calls, and never said he was going to be late again. This company is worthless!!

I had called and made an appointment for the carpet cleaning 2-3 weeks ahead of time, but on the scheduled day and time no one arrived. I called to see if the bad weather had delayed the appointment, but after the phone call, I just got the impression my appointment had been omitted or mis-recorded. No worries though, after the phone call he promised he would be right over, and he was. He cleaned all the carpets and made a repair on a patch of carpet I had spilled cleaner on and stained. Loved the outcome of the cleaning and would recommend their service. I might recommend following up with them to confirm an appointment, but my experience might have been a fluke in that aspect.

Went very well. The man servicing the carpets moved furniture, pre-spotted areas and then cleaned the carpets.

Ryan did the cleaning. He paid a special attention to the stairs as I had asked him to do. He told me that if any stains reappeared, they would treat them again (one week warranty). There were two old, stubborn stains and they did reappear. I called, we made an appointment, and Cody came and treated the stains. Everything went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Mountain Fresh Carpet Care.

I would not hesitate to use Mountain Fresh in the future. Ryan was running a little behind schedule today and called me 2 hours before my appt time to let me know. I really appreciated the advanced notice-- I was able to run my errands prior to his arrival and all worked out for the best. He was kind and courteous over the phone and called me when he was on his way, less than 30min after the originally scheduled appt time. Once he came his work was done quickly and thoroughly. He offered to help me move things, though I had accomplished this prior to his arrival. The house smells fresh and the carpet looks great!! Ryan did a great job and I'm very pleased with the service he provided. We will be calling Mt Fresh in 8 or so months (unless doggy mischief presses me to call sooner!).

Cody and his team did a wonderful job. They were on time and quick, but most importantly, the carpet-- which we thought was a goner from previous renters--looked almost as good as new - literally! We were surprised, pleased and completely satisfied,and the price was less than we expected.

He thoroughly cleaned all the rooms after pre-spraying them. He works quickly, but thoroughly. Cory's attitude is the best. He works with a smile! The carpets smell wonderfully fresh when he's done. He got areas clean that no one has gotten before!!!

He is very meticulous about his work, and Cristian based. I know I can leave him alone in a home and nothing will be missing or damaged. It is a truck mounted service. His pricing is competitive and the company is owner operated so you know your going to get the same guy everytime. With him the customer is always right, he would rather keep the client and the relationship than banter over $20.00.
