One of our garage doors was not working after I opened it to go to work, I could not get it to close. It was making a noise but wasn't doing anything. I had tried to reach out to other garage door repair places but no luck. I reached out to Mountain Fox and they were able to get me in the next day which was fantastic. We had to have the gear/shaft replaced and Will was able to do it on the spot. He also check the hinges, cables, etc on all 3 of our doors. He was exceptional! We would definitely use them again. Thank you!

My single wide garage door opener would not open when i pushed the button on the wall. Mountain Fox came out and took a look. It turns out the motor is dead. I am a renter so replacing it would not be my responsibility which is why no service was done. The tech said they would not charge me for just looking at it. The tech was super friendly, professional and made sure i fully understood what was wrong with the unit. I found this company to have outstanding customer service and i would definitely use them again.

Even though this was a new model they had not seen before (and it had some nuances to it) they stuck to it and got the job done correctly. It has been two years now and the garage door is working great.

They sent a technician out to look at it. He gave me 4 different options based on cost which I appreciated. I agreed to have them replace the opener but when I found out that my home warranty company was not affiliated with them I had to cancel and go with a different company. They were very gracious about it and didn't charge me a diagnostic fee, which they could have. I would recommend this company based on my experience with them even though we had to go with a different company.

My old opener quit working. The technician came out and diagnosed the problem (no charge). I purchased a unit he recommended from a home improvement store and he installed it the next day.

Cost just under $2000 for insulated garage doors, the color/style was special order so it took 2 weeks to arrive. One new panel had been damaged slightly in shipment, a new panel ordered and replaced (at no additional cost) a couple of weeks later. Ryan and Anthony were very professional installers. Happy with the quality
