My wife and I couldn't find a pre-built home on the market that we liked, so we decided to build. After interviewing many (appx. 12) custom builders we really had a great feeling about Roger Moeller and decided to build with him and his firm. Roger built an amazing house for us (designed by my wife) that not only came in on time, but on budget. Look at other reviews of other builders and see the horror stories of runaway building costs and expenses. The only cost overrun we had was for caissons (we built on a slide area) and this wasn't something that Roger could control. Roger, he is a true professional and very honest. In fact, of all of his skills and experience, the fact that he is so honest is really a standout quality. We've seen the builds that Roger has done and they range from $300k to $4M+ and the level of quality and craftsmanship is clearly present throughout. Roger took us by many, many homes that he built and each of the families that he had built for were very pleased to see him and happy to show us the houses. Obviously no bad blood there. We can't recommend Roger highly enough, he's a true standout in Colorado Springs for custom home building. If you're looking to build, give him a call just to meet him and talk.
