They never showed on Labor Day. They rescheduled for yesterday (September 15). At 3:45 I called them, they said the technician had until 7pm to complete the job. They said they would try to contact the tech and he never ended up showing up and they never followed up with us. We called this morning and spoke with Crystal and tried to find out what happened. She informed me that they tried to call Mike (the technician) and he never responded to their calls. We ended up canceling any orders we had with them due to their unprofessionalism on the phone and them not calling us back or trying to make any contact with us, and the missed appointments.
Description of Work: We called in August to have our windows washed and they scheduled it for Labor day.
