Outstanding. I have been using Meyer Mechanical for a number of years. When you call in for needed service, the coordinator receiving your call is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The service scheduled is punctual and Meyers always provides information as to the status of the Technicians arrival time. Meyers techs are professional and always keeps you informed of what they have done in completing the service and always solicit questions to insure you fully understand what they have done. I have interacted with the business owner pertaining to service and he is without doubt the most pleasant and professional person I have interacted with on HVAC issues. Thank you Meyer Mechanical.

During my annual A/C maintenance check up, it was discovered my compressor was no longer working. Brad immediately gave me a quote. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment right away because of my work schedule. A couple days later I received a call from the owner asking what they could do to get me fixed, and when would be a good time for Brad to come by and check out the numbers for a new compressor. Brad came by the same day to get the necessary information. The next day Tom came and installed the compressor and checked everything out. My air is working again and my furry babies and I won't be hot anymore! I am so thankful and impressed they got the work done so quickly! I've been using Meyer Mechanical for the last few years. They are always courteous and professional when I call to make an appointment, and are accommodating to my schedule. The technicians know exactly what they're doing and always friendly. I know from speaking with the owner that he only hires competent and certified personnel. I trust Meyer Mechanical for their integrity and professionalism and highly recommend them! They have been in business for several years here in Colorado Springs and have a very positive reputation. If you need any A/C or heating work done, or just annual maintenance (which I highly recommend!), I guarantee you can trust their work and they will be honest with you.

They installed the A/C two years ago. I brought them out for a check/Tune-up on it in May because it didn't seem to be cooling the way it should. The guy they sent out did a cursory check with a wand, said it had lost most of it's coolant and declared it had a loose fitting on the side of the unit. He said he tightened the fitting, replaced the coolant and charged me $350. He seemed way more intent on selling me add ons like humidifiers than fixing my problem. Less than two months later the unit had the same symptoms. They sent another technician, who was from my point of view better, out and he discovered a leaking condensor unit. The condensor was covered under warranty but they charged me another $240 labor. So, two years into owning the unit I've spent about 1/4 of the units original cost to keep it running.
