+ -1 moreDO NOT!!! DO NOTTT!!! RENT FROM THESE HORRIFIC PEOPLE!!!! There have been a million things wrong with their customer service and taking care of issues, but this one is the most horrific one yet! I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Our AC went out and it's the middle of June. We have an infant in the house and they said they won't get it fixed ASAP because it's not considered an "emergency". And they won't pay for a hotel in the mean time. I don't know who on earth wouldn't consider a baby in a hot *** house an emergency. They are disgusting human beings. How dare they treat people this way, let alone a baby! Like I said, there have been many many things wrong with them, but this one is awful. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!

+ -1 morePat spent hours on the computer searching for homes that would meet our requirements. She then worked further at home and sent emails and made phone calls. She later arranged showings until we found the perfect place for us.
Description of Work: Merit's realtor Pat Thrasher went above and beyond the call of duty to help my husband me find a rental home. It was at a time when the market had been flooded with 511 fire displaced families looking for rentals. We were having no luck and were so frustrated. Pat took us under her wing and worked tirelessly to help us find a great place. The clincher was, she got next to nothing for it, but a very small commission and the hope that one day when we buy, we'll look her up...and we CERTAINLY will. This is a person who works for the love of helping people and it made all the difference for my husband and me.
