Our experience with Matt was outstanding. We first contacted him from Wyoming after another local realtor became unresponsive just a few days prior to our house hunting trip to Colorado Springs. The first day out we viewed houses my wife and I had found via the web. At each house Matt asked questions as we described our likes and dislikes. The second day out Matt showed us his picks, a much better sampling of the market covering both our price range and our target areas. By the end of the second day we had 2 houses that suited our needs extremely well. Within 5 days of contacting Matt we put in a contract on an awesome property well under our max price. His knowledge of the market allowed us to negotiate an even better price on the house we chose. Even working from another state Matt made the whole process as painless as possible for us. Each step of the way he was available and responded to all my requests and querries in an very timely manner. From first contact to closing the entire process took 39 days. I/we have dealt with numerous realtors over the years during many real estate transactions and have never been more satisfied!!!!! I would and do highly recommend Matt Picket as a great realtor.
