Never work with Lowes to install a new countertop in your kitchen. I contracted with them this spring to replace my kitchen sink top with quartz and paid all costs to Lowes. However, after the replacement work was completed, the thickness of the countertops installed in my kitchen were different, so my kitchen looked stupid. I contacted Top who installed the countertops. They made me have a very hard time and wasted a lot of time. They said 'there is no problem with your kitchen countertops' and did not take responsibility for fixing the problem. I finally contacted Lowes and They heard from me about my kitchen problem and told me that the sink tops in a kitchen should be the same thickness, so I felt like they could solve my kitchen problem. But after about two months, Lowes (her name is Jasmine McCormick) said, 'Top, the installation company, has closed the problem with your kitchen, so we (Lowes) can't do anything for you. If you want to contact Top, do it. 'She gave me an irresponsible answer. I told them that Lowes was the company that displayed and sold sink tops, signed installation contracts with consumers, and collected all costs, i.e., the company that contracted for all work related to the interior kitchen, so Lowes was responsible for solving the problem. However, they have remained silent to me and have not responded to my emails at all. Lawes, which ignores consumers by not taking any responsibility for the products they sell and passing responsibility for problems to installation companies without any intention of solving the problems consumers face, is a place where consumers can trust their reputation and do business. This is not the case. Moreover, the company that installed the sink top (Top) has a contractual relationship with Lowes and is not a company chosen by the consumer. I am completely upset with the way Lowes treats their customers and who will solve my kitchen stone problem. I am unhappy, very stressed and not happy at all when I look at my new kitchen. As everyone knows, quartz is not cheap at all.

We just wish that had been up front with us and not say whatever it took to get a sale. We would have gone with another company even though their price was higher had we known there was no way they could deliver what they were promising.

They are helpful in locating items for you in the store, and we custom order interior doors from this location when needed (basement remodel, main floor remodel). They are helpful and if the wrong stuff comes in, they try to make it right. Sometimes it takes them 4 or 5 tries, but eventually it's right (after work already done).

I used them once a week. It's a good service otherwise I will go to Home Dept. The price was good. They give me a military discount.

I was looking for instock countertops. The counter style I wanted did not have the corner angle I wanted. Asked manager about ordering the piece of counter and was told what you see is what we have, no orders. He didn't offer to look up what other stores had or offer any other help. Basically, blew me off. I found out when I went to the Lowe's on Power's that I could have the counter I wanted saved for me when it came in by prepurchasing. Also, the salesman at Lowe's on Power's called other Lowe's to inquire about their instock counters. I have found that the service at Lowe's on North Nevada is spotty and if I really need something, I will go to other Lowe's where I get better service.

The paint was just as advertised. However, they encourage the gallon when we could probably have done with a quart.

They did a great job putting the windows in and I like the people, everything was pretty much fine except for the fact that they crack the window and they also installed one window came to the wrong type of glass, it's been several months but they didn't repair that so I have contacted them several times. As soon as they fix that, I wouldn't have any problems with Lowe s. They are very punctual but they haven't finish the job.

It worked that well. They are only a couple of miles from the house and I use them to get things that I'm looking for in a hardware or tools. They are really good.

Overall, I was satisfied with the service.

It was pretty standard and didn't have anything go wrong. There was no problem at all. Their price looked pretty compatible when I was shopping around.

Their customer service is pretty good. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

I purchase my remodeling supplies from Lowes. My interaction with them has been good. They are a little more expensive, but the quality of their product is good.

Had tile installed in all bathroom floors. Major issue not with Lowes but the people they had do the installation. The installers came and installed the tile on the day it was scheduled and in a timely manner, no problems there. The next day we noticed the tile around the 2 upstairs toilets was wet, and the ceiling below those bathrooms was also wet. We contacted Lowes the next morning, a Saturday. We were told the installer would call us next week. I explained to them that was not acceptable as we have a family of four with no working toilets because we had to shut off the water to all of them. Lowes put a call into the installer, but called us back and said they would reimburse us for the cost of a plumber to come out and fix the toilets ( we did not hear back from the installer until Wednesday of the following week). We had someone come out that day and he reset all the toilets, the installer had not put a wax ring/spacer large enough to compensate for the floor being higher because of the tile, on every toilet they had pulled out was this way. That seems like it would be pretty basic if you are doing tile floor installation on a regular basis. The ceiling below still had a couple huge water stains on it and about 2 weeks later the popcorn ceiling started come down. I once again called Lowes and was told they would have the installer contact me to get this fixed. Ater a week of not hearing from the installer I called Lowes again. Once again they said they would reimburse me for getting the ceilings fixed, so I'm ok with that at this point. I felt Lowes handled the situation fine, but would not use them again for anything that required installation.

It went very well, and I am pleased with the fans and the installation.

Very well. The two men who did the measuring and later the installing were excellent and knew their jobs well!!!

I used a contractor through Lowes, and Lowes guaranteed the work. I was very happy with them.

This is subcontracted to a company called Action. The installer did a great job overall, but left the bottom of the door unfinished and the threshold only half supported. I called Lowe's who came right out and looked at it, agreed it should be fixed. The installer came out as promised and finished it off beautifully.
