Leo's Sewer & Drain

My house drain was stopped up backing up water into my basement. After calling several providers, Leo's not only answered the call with courteous customer service, they also sent a technician who identified and resolved the issue with efficient and cleaned up the mess left on my basement floor. Kudos to great service!

They communicated well with each other and got the job done right. We were able to return to our normal use of water immediately!

Called them at 0730 and they had a tech at the house by 0900. Laid down cloth throws on the floor to move his machine to the basement bathroom and then went right to work clearing the drain. Tree roots as usual. Reset the toilet, did a great job cleaning up the room and floor when he was done and was gone within an hour. Great service as usual.

My son called and showed me on FaceTime the drains backing up. He recommended Leo’s first because he had used their services before and then I checked them out on Angie’s List before I made the call on last night on Sunday. Due to an apartment complex emergency, a tech would arrive first thing tomorrow morning. Tech Carlos arrived as scheduled, assessed problem, brought in equipment and went right to work. Two hours later, all is as it should be and I could not be happier. Tree roots cleared and everything is draining normally. Leo’s Draining and Plumbing is reliable, professional and dependable. The pricing was fair and reasonable. I would call them again without hesitation for any future needs that may arise.

Richard and his Apprentice were beyond wonderful - not only professional but positive and happy attitude which totally decreased my anxiety. I can now use ALL of the plumbing of my home and no longer need my homemade porta-potty! They MUST be on your list of recommendations - I was recommended through a friend who knew a friend, etc. Love Them

I called Leo's on a Saturday. Marc came out and spent at least 1 1/2 hours running his drain cleaning machine until he was satisfied he had resolved the problem. Very knowledgeable and professional. This is the second time I've used Leo's and will continue to use them for drain problems. Very reasonably priced.

Didn't want to do the work. Complained and once we got the estimate, which was like pulling teeth....they were way higher than another company.

The office quoted $119 but when the tech showed up he said it would be an extra $80 because the line was longer than normal. 110 feet is apparently the limit. I refused to pay the extra and the tech would not compromise on the cost, so he left without doing any work. Afterward, I consulted my property plat - the cleanout is halfway between the front and back of the property which is 190' feet deep. That would be 95' feet of sewer line that needed cleaning. Give or take a few feet maybe, but definitely he tried to upcharge me. Buyer beware!

Not an emergency but they offered to come right out to take care of us.

They were responsive and professional. We have a separate clean-out and the last time they cleaned the line they charged $139. Didn't have to pull a toilet or anything. This time we got charged $229 because the operator had difficulties. I called and they reduced the charge to $189 but I still thought this was too high.

The job went well, it took less time then we had expected. He was friendly, helpful and professional. We will not hesitate to hire them again if the need arises.

Line became clogged on New Year's Eve (Saturday) - called a couple of companies and Leo's was the first one to call back...several companies said they were not doing service calls at all on that weekend (only one other company even called me back). The service tech was several hours later than promised on Sunday, but did an excellent job when he arrived, and the price was very fair - there was no surcharge for weekend/holiday service.

Do not be swayed by number reviews listed for any of the companies . The lack of reviews is not an indicator of ability to perform the job . Late on a Saturday night after trying to remedy a clogged drain on my own. I decided to stop my fruitless efforts and look on line for a Sewer and Drain company . When Looking at the list of Sewer and drain companies here at Angies List ,my wife said that Leo`s Sewer and Drain Jumped out at her (in a good way ) . This was validated the next morning ON a Sunday......When i got up early and started calling ,.....I called two other companies from Angie's List (one who had the top number of reviews was not ready to work ) and another who has a long standing name would not provide a quote unless they came out to the house first to look, and try to "soak me" opps did i say soak me i meant ,access and case the joint. I called Leo`s Drain and sewer where Desiree answered and was alert and ready to help. She asked good ,pertinent questions and was clear in explaining my different options and the prices, based on my current situation . She gave me a time when the "Drain engineer" would be available and called when they were in route to my house. When the "Drain engineer" A.J. arrived he was neatly dressed in clean jeans and a black cotton long sleeve shirt with the companies logo. I explained the situation to A.J. and rather than hauling equipment through the house ,up and down the stairs . He first verified where the clog was , and was not . He thoroughly tested the lower level bathroom to make sure the stoppage was not present . A.J. then selected the appropriate equipment and upstairs we went with a pad to protect the floor which he placed his equipment on . A.J.Cleared the drain with his electric ogger and then thoroughly tested the shower and tub area to make sure the clog was not obstructing anything further down stream . Overall - From Start to Finish A.J. of Leo`s Sewer and drain were professional , timely ,courteous , answered all my questions and did a Great Job . I would definitely use them again and Highly recommend them to friends and colleagues. .

VERY responsive, timely, and professional. Worked with our tenants to arrange an amenable time, worked with us from out-of-state for payment. Cleared the problem, contacted us for follow up and was great in every way - HIGHLY recommend. GREAT service!

Leo's was the 5th plumber I called on a Sunday morning (before 8am), and I was half expecting to get told they were too busy or too expensive like all the others told me. I am so happy the other 4 plumbers didn't work out! Within two hours of my call my sink was fixed. The plumber was very knowledgeable and showed me a dip in my drain pipe in the utility room that was causing the issue, and he told me how to fix it myself to avoid a similar issue in the future. The price was AMAZING--only $89. For that price I wouldn't have expected such great service and fast response time, but I am so happy with my experience I am having them fix my sprinklers, too. I will use this company for all my future plumbing needs.

Planning on buying a house and wanted to make sure sewer line from house to street had no problems prior to purchase. Service was prompt, professional, friendly and competent. Provided me with DVD of scoping. No complaints.

We had a backed up drain over the weekend. Called Leo's early Monday morning and they were great. He gave me an overall estimate of costs on the phone pending any complications and they were right on the money. Prices were comparable to other plumbing companies. They were very fast to arrive that morning and snaked the plumbing line and within the hour I had a clear line guaranteed for 90 days. I was very impressed with their professionalism.

Overall I am happy with the result! Leo's was able to give me an estimate over the phone and that was the price charged. No surprises!
